Great waterfalls to cool down and relax!

There are a total of 10 different waterfalls and you can park your motorcycle right in front of the third one. There are small shops that sell come drinks and freshly cooked Thai food.

Make sure to bring some swimmers and walk up the stairs to whichever waterfall you like. The further you go up, the fewer people will be there.

We went on a Sunday and there were mainly local Thais who were having a little picnic, dipping their feet into three water and enjoying their snacks.

Great waterfall with shops for food drinks and souvenirs at the bottom. We'll worth the 100 baht for foreigners and 20 for the bike. Bring swimming shorts as swimming is there. I will come back and try. Walk not too demanding and plenty of places to have a break and hide from the sun if needed.

It's not easy to guage the size of the waterfall until you see the map near the walkway. At 10 levels it's huge and would be a nice day out. We got food at the nearby shops and found a quiet flat place to have lunch. A very friendly dog (perhaps a stray) joined us and ate our food scraps.

Price per 1 person 70 baht (2 USD)

It's a good place to visit. There is a High King route with 10 points. Each of them is equipped to look at the waterfall. Some of them are suitable for swimming. You can also organize romantic dates or picnics.

Mae Sa Water fall national forest is one of the must go place on the way to MonJam...
Entrance fees is 20 THB/person for Local and 100 THB/person for foreigner...
I just walked about 10 mins...
There are about 30 Mins walking to the many water falls (Total 10 Levels) along the way
It's worth to chill around...
You should take water bottle cause thirsty along the way and extra clothes for swimming...
You won't regret for spending some time there...

I’ve been to a few waterfalls in the area and this one is by far the best. It’s not the tallest waterfall, but it’s a series of 10 smaller waterfalls with a trail of a few kilometres that you can follow. Beautiful, amazing sounds, and something to do with the whole family for a few hours 😀

Picturesque multi tier waterfall. 45 mins outside of chiang mai. Went there midday in late February and it was very quiet.

Beautiful. 100 baht for a foreigner to enter plus whatever transport your using (I came in scooter and that cost 20 baht). Only a out 1.1Km from the bottom car.park to the top. Steep and tough walk. Lots of lovely views and viewpoints. Also rest areas. And some places to derobe and go for a swim. Be careful where though as the current is strong in some areas near the actual falls. Great walk though. We'll worth doing

Beautiful and quiet place to go see. It's not 1 waterfall but 10 small waterfalls. Nice little walk to go see them all. Very quiet during the weekday.

There are 10 levels for this waterfall for explore and 3 parking areas. I recommend stop at the first car park and enter the waterfall from the first level. It takes about 45 min to the top of waterfall, they said 1.5 km from here but my GPS show 2 km. It is very easy to walk, suitable for the beginner. But if one of your family use wheelchair, I suggest you to park at the 2nd or 3rd parking area to enter the waterfall at the 2nd and 3rd level, there is the path for wheelchair accessible to the waterfall. You may bring the food and mat for picnic but don't forget to bring garbage back for save our our nature. BTW, be careful of the insects esp mosquito and weired spider. The entrance is 100/adult, 50/child, free for bicycle, 20/motorcycle and 30/car. Come to see and hear the sound, I'm sure you will LOVE it!!!

Stunning Waterfall with a great sounding roar from the current. The stream was excellent and the place is well kept and easy to explore. There are 10 levels. Simply walk up the walking path and you will reach the top in a few minutes. The water is nice and refreshing and the scenery is breathtaking. Loved it!. The park closes at 17:00, so come early to enjoy the waterfalls. Entrance is 100 baht per person plus 30 baht per car. There are food stalls by the parking area. The even give you a basket to carry your food, plus a picnic mat to use. Definitely a bucket list item, and hopefully will do it again, especially after heavy rains.

Arrived early in the morning to avoid doing the hike in the hot weather. It's fairly easy to do and the waterfalls are well worth seeing. We didn't get charged for entering - perhaps because it was too early at 0830. I'd recommend renting a motorbike for the day as it's a fair way out from Chiang Mai and costs half the Grab fare there and back. If you rent a motorbike, you can also combine with a visit to the nearby Queen Sikirit Botanical Garden and River Rock Cafe to make a day of it.
Would recommend as a must do if you happen to be in Chiang Mai.

Overall a nice experience to hike here. Not too hard for the trek, but obviously need to come with a gear.
