Reservation process was quick and easy! They were able to give us a car despite having done the booking only 24 hours earlier. Car condition was clean and good! They do not charge for 1-2 hours of extension which is a plus point. Car rental payment + Deposit was collected during car collection and deposit was given back to us upon returning of car. Everything was fuss free and the staff who served us was really friendly! Definitely going to rent from them again when we return to Chiang Mai in the future.

Excellent service. We contacted them very last minute for rental during the new year period where most of the vehicles were rented out. But they managed to found one for me, and delivered to my hotel shortly after confirmation. The drop-off of the car is convenient, we met at the airport so I do not need to make other arrangement for the transportation. The car is in perfect condition, clean and new, full tank of gasoline. Oh yes, let’s not forgot about the price, I can say for sure they provide one of the fairest price in the market after my research done. The most fuss free car rental experience ever! From reserving online all the way to picking and returning the car, everything was smooth and on time. Would definitely recommend for anyone new to Chiang Mai.

Pang is very helpful from the day we rented the car, they were very flexible to on where to return our car in old town area. The car is in good condition and very clean too. A bit high deposit needed but worth it.

Just rented a vios for 3 days. From wed afternoon till Sat afternoon.. Bang for buck price.. the amount of places U can go on a car on Ur own compared to tours and grabs and way more and of coz money saving.. for the 3 days we visited close 15 different places inclusive of temples, a day stay at mon jam, fruit farms, flower farms, tiger kingdom, night markets and many many more.. my only regret was not driving up with Chiang Rai.. apart from that well worth it for the price.. and it's fuel efficient.. used up only half a tank and topped up 790 baht of half a tank before returning.. thank U Chiang Mai rental !!!! If I ever do come back which I would, I would contact U again..

Wonderful service, car was brought to our hotel perfectly timely. Booked for 6 days, but due to circumstances requested for an earlier return. No problem at all. After fuel up, they again offered to pick up the car at the hotel, to save us the taxi drive. Best rental car experience ever!

I rented a Vios for 2 days. Pang is very responsive and answers on WhatsApp promptly. Pom is great too as easy going. Cars are well used but functioning well. Pick up and return are easy. If you are in doubt if want a Vios or fortuner, it is big enough for 5 pax, 1 XL luggage and 1 L luggage + 1 cabin size stroller.

Had an accident on my first day of the rental (not my fault), they came immediately were very helpful, sent their insurance company to assess the damage and even came with me to the police station to give a statement.

My car was a last min 12 hour before arrival booking, still managed to get one even in peak Xmas and NYE period. The pick up was at airport and arranged logistics really well. Everything was cash and carry so no credit card pictures or original docs taken

Very good experience of using this car company. The staff delivered the car to the hotel and I return the car in the airport. When return the car, I mistakenly parked the car in the arrival parking lot, actually should be in the airport car park. I rent Yaris ATIV, the car condition is very well, has a large luggage compartment. The rental fee is very competitive.
