Friendly staff always willing and ready to help. Best not to go on Monday morning or Friday afternoon unless you have time to wait. Most other times you can be in and out in a few minutes. Very much a small community bank atmosphere where they will always remember you if you are a regular in the bank.

Good service

I am a long term customer and I have found that the service here has become worse in recent years.
For example, I was one of 14 customers waiting inside the bank today. There are 5 service counters yet only 2 were staffed. So the waiting time was too lengthy.
GIVE MORE ATTENTION AND RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR PREPARE TO LOSE THEM.
On a positive note, I report that the individual staff members are always friendly and professional, so this is a (mis)management issue.

แม่ฉันโดนกับตัวพนักงานห่วยแตกคิดจะทำงานบริการต้องมีใจรักก่อน คนแก่ตาสีตาสาคงโดนพนักงานพวกนี้ทำใส่บ่อย เธอทำให้องค์กรเสียหายเองนะถ้ามันไม่ขึ้นว่าให้คิดต่อธนาคารเขาไม่เสนอหน้าไปให้เธอช่วยหรอนี่มันขึ้นว่าให้ติดต่อธนาคารไปนึกว่าจะได้รับความช่วยเหลือเธอคิดว่าเธอทำได้กับทุกคนคิดผิดสมองอย่ามีไว้คั้นหัวเธอคงรู้ตัวนะว่าทำอะไรไว้แต่แม่ฉันไม่จบแค่นี้รอดูตอนต่อไป

พนักงานเดินไปเดินมา นั่งรอกันหลายคน ยังไม่สนใจ จ้างมาทำไม

เมื่อวันที่ 9 ธันวา ที่ผ่านมา
ไปกดคิวรอ 1ชั่วโมงเต็มๆ เจออีป้าแซงคิวหน้าตาเฉย พนักงานก็ไม่กดคิวทัดไป แต่บริการอีป้านั้นซะงั้น เหี้ยมาก พนักงานเปิดประตู กับพนักงานหญิงอีกคนก็เห็นแต่ก็เงียบๆไว้อ่ะ แย่มาก ไปสาขาเซ็นเฟสยังไวกว่า ปิดบัญชีสาขานี้ดีกว่า
