Great banking experience.

No problem withdrawing money from my Visa card to Thai baht.

Staff were very friendly.
Security guard at door.
Greeting person.
Teller.

I went back a few days later for something completely different and was remembered.
Staff greeted me and we chatted while he was fixing my problem.

I'm glad this is now my local branch.

พนักงานฝาก-ถอน รู้เรื่องสิทธิพิเศษสำหรับลูกค้าฝากประจำ แนะนำการใช้งานและรับสิทธิ์ได้ดี

they will open bank accounts for some expats but not others. 👎

it is completely at the discretion of the bank manager. it seems they only like farang expats for some reason🤨

Terrible thai bank my mom almost can’t move but Krung thai bank force her to sign. Also international wire transfer is tricky. The bank hold USD for a long time till the exchange rate drop so you get less Thai bath.

ไปใช้บริการมา ล่าสุด สอบถามข้อมูล พนง ผช ตัวตัวเล็กหน่อย ไม่รู้เรื่องไรเลย ห่วย เหมือนไม่อยากให้ บริการ ห่วยมาก ควรปรับปรุง mindset ในการทำงานบริการนะ

เคาเตอร์ฝากถอนว่าง 2-3 ช่อง เราปรับสมุดไม่ได้ พนักงานกดคิวสินเชื่อให้ ต้องรอ 4 คิว พนักฝากถอนที่ว่างไม่มีการถามไถ่ นั่งมองหน้านิ่ง
เรารออีกนิด เมื่อไม่มีคนสนใจเลยเดินออกมาเลย
ถ้าเป็นธนาคารอื่น เห็นแบบนี้รีบมาถามไถ่ จัดแจงให้ลูกค้าเรียบร้อยละ
