Great location for the night Bazaar, our room was overlooking but noise wise everything was mostly quiet after 11/1130 so we slept fine. Staff at reception where very friendly and we had a lovely bowl of fruit hanging on our door as we wee leaving on the morning.
Great little rooftop to enjoy a drink in BYOB. Shower had great pressure as well

Closest accommodation that you can get from the center of Chiang Mai Night Market. Clean room, cozy quiet, good AC, simple design and even with basic necessities like extra bottled drink water, coffee and breakfast fruit. Each floor have their own living room to chill with next doors and the lobby have a table to eat your meal. Loving the location and amenities. Very convenient and so much recommended for simple travellers 😊👍🏻

It was the best hotel that I’ve been at for a really long time! The cleaning, the manager poom is the best of the best, he is available in any time of the day. We received every morning fruits! The location is at the heart of the night bazaar! I recommend you to go there for an unforgettable vacation!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this budget hotel, and I must say, it completely surpassed all my expectations. Despite its budget-friendly price, this place offered an experience that outshone even some of the most renowned 5-star hotels I've visited. The cleanliness standards were impeccable.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner, Poom was extremely friendly with us and even suggested places that we should go and visit. In terms of location, this hotel was conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. If you're looking for a memorable and comfortable stay without breaking the bank, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem.

This hotel is located in a strategic place, in Chiang Mai Night Bazaar to be exact. The owner, Poom, is really generous and helpful. The room is nice and clean.

Nice, clean, central location and great value for money.
The rooms is very nice with great AC and shower/bathroom with good water pressure and hot water.
The location is right on the daily night market but there is no noise in the room! It's 15-20 min walk from old city center on one of the main streets that cross it so it's not too bad.
The staff is super nice and responsive if something needed.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel that is just near to the night bazaar, this is the perfect choice. Mr. Poom, the owner of the hotel, is so friendly. He can speak English well and he’s very accommodating. He helped us book a driver on our way to the train station and suggests nice places to visit around the city. I definitely recommend Boonnark hotel.

Centerally located, really clean and modern rooms. Poom (owner) is very kind and enthusiastic about his job and our stay. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. The roof top is a gem! You overlook a busy street market below without it being overly noisy. The view this week for Loy Krathong was a highlight! The market starts right outside the front door, lots of shops and pharmacies near by. There's a coffee machine in the lobby. Cannot recommend Boonnark B&B more!

Excellent place to stay, the location is great. I have stayed in hotels at rates much higher that do not have the same attention to detail and cleanliness. The room was exceptionally clean and everything functioned well. The staff here are all very friendly and care about the guests. The bed was comfortable with a bunch of pillows which sometimes is hard to find in Thailand.

The area is a little noisy and I am sensitive to noise but the value here is so fantastic it outweighs any issue here. I had earplugs for moments that bothered me and it was no issue. The breakfast I had arranged when reserving was delicious every day and was always fresh and well presented. A special thanks to the kitchen!!

Good location in front of the night market. The owners were very sincere and responded with smiles. Another great advantage is that the breakfast is delicious. It is a hotel that I want to stay absolutely next time.

Went to checkout this place since my friend was staying there and I was very impressed with the clean room, a place to hangout upstairs and their cozy cute resto downstairs. Would definitely stay here next time I am in Chiang Mai.
