Great place to see about 5 matches. Don't do the VIP it's not worth the price. I would suggest to take a bet and if you win it makes a better night. We had a load of fun, now that I'm thinking about it do the VIP if you want a pic with the fighters in the ring it would make a great vacation memory. We were glad we did this, Mom who is 67 had a blast. This is a must do, not sure if this a big stadium I did expect it to be a lot larger. Good luck and have fun!!!!

Dear photographer: if you're wondering what lens to bring, choose a 70-200 f2.8 if you have. If not anything in between that range would do. Should be an open aperture of 2.8 or better. I've been struggling with my Sigma 150-600mm at ISO 10.000 and 1/640s, but got some great shots. Most of them between 150-230mm.

Ah yes, the stadium and everything is great. Can highly recommend to go there.

Loved it. Definitely real fights. Two title fights this night. We made sure to go on a weekend to get a more lively audience and higher up card fighters.

Cool place to get a legitimate fighting experience. The beer was cheap, the crowd was rowdy, and the fights were real. We saw some great action with a few actual knockouts. Prime entertainment, decent price, and clean toilets. I highly suggest this if you like fighting and are in Chiang Mai.

Its a nice stadium and it was my first kick-boxing event, so for me it was very exciting.
It’s worth a visit

The best place to see Thai boxing in Chiang Mai. I highly recommend to visit this place to everyone who is a fan of martial art. There is also a Thai boxing gym from the back of the stadium. I trained there for a few weeks and was fully satisfied.

Great place for a night out. Ticket price gets you around 6-7 fights.

Had a good evening here. We went vip option and that gave us the ability to move around the venue, meet the boxers, get into the ring, go into the changing room, meet the boxers, get involved with the Thai bookmakers. I made a market. Made money. It was great fun.

Went a second night. Same VIP option. Championship match, title match.

We presented the garlands to the participants in the championship match.

Was a good fight. Watched 6 fights in all. The children are really good and the adults are very powerful.

When you're in Chiang Mai you must go to a Muay Thai fighting stadium. You can ask for tickets at your hotel or hostel. You get picked up by a mini bus and they also bring you back. Usually there a six fights and each fight is 5 rounds or until one fighter is knocked out and you will definitely see one or two. The level of fighting is really high even by the young kids of maybe 10 years old. It was truly a great experience.

Smaller stadium but still the place to go for some authentic Thai fights. I fake fights here. Everything is reasonably priced including drinks and tickets. Seats can be a little uncomfortable if you get the cheapest ones but they were doable

If you want to see real thai boxing, not show for tourists go there. Fights are great, fighters are young but they give everything from themselfs. Thai audience make great atmosphere. Ringside ticket cost 1000 baht.

A very cool experience. If you're into martial arts you should definitely visit one of the match nights here. The way the Thai trains for these kind of matches are insane, their dexterity and stamina is insane. Even for the youngsters. All I can say is, support Thai kickboxing! :)

Nice place to feel and see what Muay Thai means for local people.
Their cheapest sit are kinda rough for a 2hrs show but the view is great !
It is not Bkk though so don’t go there if you’re looking for adults fights but the price is fair and atmosphere is cool. You can bet on fighters with local people.
Area located around street food and some restaurants, easy access and parking is great.
Thai boxing is a traditional art for local people, with or without foreigners they’ll fight anyway!
