Anyways, bought 9 4K TVs and 2 sound systems for my new shop. Paid. Then they told me it would be delivered in weeks. After I paid.
Turns out this place not only doesn’t have anything to do with Index Living, tho it is inside Index Living, it doesn’t really have much of anything in stock. They have no stock storage. It is basically a physical Lazada.

This fact was really beat into my head after I made the unfortunate mistake or also purchasing a Samsung vacuum and air fryer and water boiler for my personal home during the same visit.
I asked the employee if they had this stuff in stock. He said, “wait a minute.”
Came back and said, “have”.
So I buy the stuff. Pay for it…..
And then get told it would take 2-3 weeks. Lol.
So I wait. Weeks go by. Some items come in. Some don’t. Thing is…they don’t call to tell you this. They will call when all items are in. Weeks.
So after waiting for weeks my items are still not here. So I cancel and ask for a refund.
The lady who owns the place gets on the phone and tells me a refund will be 4-5 days.
Not bad, right??
Well, she’s apparently a liar cuz it’s been near 2 weeks now. We just spoke with the manager and he is saying 45 days and that it’s a strict policy….
4-5 days/45 days. In stock/2-4 weeks or never.
Same same but dumber.
Lol this place is a ripoff.
YOU CAN ALREADY DO THEIR ENTIRE JOB ON SHOPEE OR LAZADA.
And those sites somehow have more accountability and care for customers.
BEWARE.

PS. They kept asking me for a receipt but all I have from them is customer copy of PromptPay stubs from their Bangkok Bank.
THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT.
Kinda crazy considering that 30m away Index is showing that level of care and professionalism right in front of their faces.
This place is a waste of time and money.

They sell overpriced products that don’t work as intended and are not refunding them.

Deposit for product but only get half of it. No any responsibility from shop
