The Castle - Ghost House

We visited The Castle to enjoy the Rage Room. It was a great experience! For 300 baht each, we each got a box of bottles to smash with a variety of tools, like a crowbar and some bats. We also purchased an old tv for 500 baht which was a blast to smash apart. The staff were also amazing. Daiyan, Focus, and New were super friendly and helpful and made the experience even better!

One of the highlights of my recent trip to Chiang Mai for sure. If you're a horror fan it's a MUST to check out. The drinks were a little bit more expensive than other places, but totally worth it since they're also themed and as well the specialty cocktails come with a little show. The 'Helicopter' and 'Flaming Lamborghini' were awesome!

We also did the escape room, which I totally recommend for a bit of extra fun, especially if you go with a small group. We were able to just go in and do the room right away, which was nice. They have pool, air hockey, darts, and foosball as well.

The staff were all really lovely and attentive, and clearly enjoyed working there, which is always a plus.

I hope they do well so we can go back again next time we're in Chiang Mai! =)

I had the best night ever at this place. Being a good bar is one thing, but being an amazing bar is something you have to strive for. The staff and owners were so welcoming. By the time
I left I felt like I was part of the family. I went to a few other bars in the neighborhood and none of them had the same vibe.

Woowwww we are couple and did the escape room this was so scary and fun highly recommended! Also the bar is really nice and has a special scary atmosphere and the amazing crew Minion Focus and New Daiyan gave us the best time and vibes. Definitely 5/5 and a must visit

The staff is super friendly, the interior of the place is top! I liked the drinks served in a skull glass. They made a real effort to decorate the place and make it look like it’s Halloween everyday in here.
My friend and I went to the escape room and I must say the experience was truly unforgettable 😁. It was spooky and the performers were sooo good.

AMAZING! 10/10. Drinks average 110-250B. This bar/rage room/escape room/board games is so far my favorite place in Chiang Mai. I love the spooky decor, and the wonderful staff. Everyone was fun, encouraging, and helpful. Rage room was 300B for one person and I had an absolute blast smashing bottles with a crow bar. Highly recommend. If you're looking for a fun spot with your mates, check it out.

Lovely spectacular drinks and fantastic staff. We had such a great time, husband was super scared in the escape room but managed to get out alive. Definitely recommend this place, very unique and fun.

the ghost room is a MUST! We love scary movies and haunted houses and this was by far the scariest place we've been to and we weren't even expecting it to be an escape room which was super fun!

Booked in thinking we are gonna have an hour of escaping a horror room. We left with even more! This is an experience that you do not want to miss - book in advance to secure your time slot to be scared and amazed at the same time. Hang around at the bar for some wicked cocktails and yum food. The staff are amazing, helpful and fun. Than you very much for an unforgettable experience and night! Special shout out to Phing Minion and New for their amazing talent and scare factor.

Went for the rage room experience, stayed for the atmosphere and artisan shots/cocktails.
Rage room costs 300 THB and gets you about 10 glass bottles to smash with your choice of weapons. You can buy extra items to smash like microwaves (300 THB), or washing machines (900 THB). I only did the bottles and managed to get a shard in my shoe, luckily no injury, but please be careful if doing this.
They also have a unique haunted house/escape room experience for 500 THB per person where you go through a haunted house and solve puzzles in order to escape.
They had a range of horror themed shots and cocktails which were cool and delicious, although very pricey (~250 THB per shot).

The Castle was the best bar I visited in Chiang Mai! The drinks were fantastic and complicated and fit the vibe perfectly! The staff were wonderful people and spoke great english! The staff came and played some card games with us. They were such sweet people! This didnt come up on my search initially but I wish it had, it's so amazing especially if you're a horror fan! Theres also a rage room (for smashing items) and a horror themed escape room! Loved it! I'll be back!

Staff was awesome! Drinks were on the more expensive side but the total experience made it worth it! We loved the bar games and playing with the staff who catch you when you’re not paying attention and scare ya! LOVED the environment and scary decorations/drinks. Don’t sleep on this place!! It was so much fun if you’re staying anywhere near Old City in Chiang Mai! We walked from our hotel.

Dion, New, and Nino were so amazing!! We did the haunted escape room and stayed after for some more drinks and to play pool. The shots were delicious and artistically crafted and the bar itself was a great vibe and so much fun. New, Dion, and Nino were so friendly and cool, this was absolutely the highlight of my stay in chiang Mai :)

We arrived in the bar and were greeted by friendly staff, Focus, Earts and Nana, who were very quick to bring us complimentary popcorn and drinks menus. Bar is well decorated and fitting with the theme of the place. We did the escape room and it was great fun. Just the right balance of scares and the classic escape room problems. My girlfriend found all my screaming very funny… would definitely recommend as a great way to spend an evening, especially with it being next to the night market.
