Index has always been our go to furniture store. They have a great selection, good quality products, and some unique pieces. The sales staff are always friendly and very helpful, but do not pressure. This visit they had exactly what we wanted .

An excellent furniture store, well situated on Chiang Mai's ring road #1. Very stocked with a range of household goods, the staff were friendly and helpful and I eventually chose what I wanted after being allowed to extensively test it.

The store is spotlessly clean, with good toilet facilities and lots of parking. I would certainly return here.

Thailand's version of Ikea, only better. The quality here is way better than Ikea and that's coming from an Ikea fan back home in Singapore. Range of goods is very good with modern design. Service staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking space is ample. There's even a cafe that serves very good latte. Near the toilet, there's a sale corner where prices are slashed by 60%. I've always enjoyed my time here and you will probably too.

Great place to shop for furniture or small appliances, the staff are chill not following you around trying to sell you something. The pricing is definitely on the high end of everything.

I love this place, it reminds me of things I can buy back home. Quality items and a variety to choose from, also American prices. No deals here. Cashiers not so friendly but the persons at the entry door is pleasant as well as the parking attendant who is always helpful with your packages. Most of their is staff is talking with one another and standing around, with the exception of the bedding area; always asking if I need help. I’m in there a lot!

Tea table at 2nd floor was very low price but good quality.

Staffs are friendly.
Out door parking and indoor under ground parking available..
Buy under ground parking need to use stairs to go up and down.
If you plan to buy heavy or many things, should park at out door.

Easy to park and drive to. Vast selection of household products, including electrical and furniture. The wide range is a bit pricey but the best selection under one roof.

Bought a few household items like mattress, grinder, bed spread, pillow, etc. I love the quality of their product . The place is well organised and easy to find what you looking for.

This place is very cool. It has everything from deals too good to be true, to the most elegant dining tables I've ever seen at a price equal to my yearly wages. I got a couple storage bins for a fraction of what I would have paid in the US. If you find yourself here I'm sure you'll end up leaving with something you want.

Large range of household goods, furniture, beds and bedding, kitchen appliances, air con units and the list goes on. All in air-conditioned comfort. Staff were polite, spoke some English and were very helpful. Plenty to look at. Reasonable pricing for quality goods.

My wife and I just went here to see how it compares to similar stores in the US. It seemed to have a selection like what Sears used to have. If you need something for your home, it's probably in this store.

Just about anything and everything to completely furnish your home! Pots, pans, glassware, furniture and accessories and prices range from low to high end. Also, best selection of silk flowers and vases to add a personal decorating touch to your home that I have been able to find in Chiang Mai that don't break the budget. Helpful staff who aren't pushing you to purchase makes just browsing a pleasure also.

Beautiful housing decorations and many thing in off all year. I have been going there many times to decorate my business! Quality and good prices.
