Chang Phueak Post Office

I went to Chang Phueak Post office twice, once to find out how (and the cost) to send a parcel to Germany and then to send it. This was my first time using Thai Postal service. As I can't speak Thai, I was directed to the counter and the lady who was at the counter was very friendly and spoke good English. She explained everything I needed to know (also wrote down the postal charges). Couple of days later I went back there to handover the parcel. Fortunately I was lucky that she was at the counter again and she recognised me as well. She was very professional, efficient and kind. Everything was finalized within a matter of couple of minutes.
Also, the Thai Post tracking system is great. It shows details of the current location of your item and very easy to track.
Thailand Post should be proud about their employees (such as this lady at Chang Phueak Post office), their services and tools.

Modern, efficient and has never been too busy when we went. Nice staff.

คนเยอะมากครับ บางช่วง แนะนำช่วงเช้าๆ หรือ บ่ายๆ นะครับ น่าจะโอเค สุด แต่บางที ก็คนเยอะไปนะครับ จนผมต้องได้ยืนรอแหนะครับ แต่คิวไม่ค่อยเกิน 10-20 คิวนะครับ

ให้บริการนอกสถานที่ รวมถึงประสานงานรวดเร็ว มากๆค่ะ พนักงานก็น่ารักใจดี ประทับใจค่ะ

ไปรษณีย์เล็กติดถนนใหญ่ เป็นไปรษณีย์รับของไม่ใช่สาขาที่เอาของไปส่งตามบ้าน พนักงานน้อยมาก แต่เปิดตลอดเวลาไม่มีปิดพักเที่ยง เคาเตอร์มีพนักงานผู้หญิงอยู่1คน พนักงานผู้ชายขับรถไปรับของลูกค้าข้างนอก

- 카페를 찾아가던 중 열려있는 우체국을 발견 (일요일인데?)
보니까 점심12시까지 오픈을 하더라 토닥토닥;;
클로즈까지 2분 전이었고, 후다닥 태국에서 호주로 택배문의함

- 10kg 문의했는데 가격 종이에 적어서 알려주심

ビアンブアマンションを出て右へまっすぐ、チャンプアック大通りに出たら左へ行って数軒先にある郵便局。タイポストの郵便受けが目印。旧市街の北ではここが一番大きい。英語はほぼ通じる梱包に必要な段ボール箱（優良）やテープが置いてある。
