Very good service. English speaking, but you need to bring your ID

Sent a parcel to the UK for £50 which is half the price of the UPS and FedEx quotes. Used EMS and it arrived in a week. Great service and no problem with communication.

Great post office, friendly, professional service and my parcel arrived safely to my destination in the UK.

Helpful, friendly staff. Came here to ship some wooden bowls and clothes. There is a packing station in the back left where staff helped me choose an appropriate size box, pack it, tape it, label it, and fill out a slip (customs?). 52 bht for the box I got, probably inexpensive whichever one you get. There is a list of items you can’t ship (for example Buddha statues). I chose the slowest option, by sea mail, which will take 3 months. For 5kg to the USA (price varies by country), it cost 1100 bht. They have a grid chart by country, weight, shipping speed, and shows the cost. Fingers crossed it arrives!

Update: The package arrived at the local post office in the USA and had to have the recipient pick it up. It took 2.5 months, slightly ahead of schedule. I checked the tracking number on the receipt, that’s the only way I knew it had made it over to the USA and was sitting in the post office. Otherwise, no problems with the package.

A postcard to the USA is 35baht. They sell postcards with flowers on them for 10baht. Nice staff.

Professional staff. I was in and out in 20min. There are two elements of this office. Left side packing and right side official posting. The employees on left, in packing area, will box, wrap, and package your goods in preparation for mailing. Their packing fee is separate from official mailing cost. Once your goods are packed and labels properly filled out you will pay their fee and move to right side of room. This is post office side. Grab a number and wait. I mailed 4kilos to United States by 3 month Sea Mail no insurance for 1350 bhat (~43USD).

Very efficient and friendly service, would recommend. About 1000 baht for 10 day service to the US. Make sure you have passport/photo of it.

Very helpful. Explains options for mailing internationally. btw, bring your passport. I needed it to mail boxes to US. Also, I discovered that you are not allowed to mail any Buddhas (i.e. statue).

Came in at 11:15 AM on a Tuesday to mail postcards. Only 15 baht each to mail to Canada. Quick and easy process thanks to the friendly staff
