Chic Car Rent (Chiang Mai Airport (CNX))

I rented this car from the airport in Chiang Mai and they were incredibly convenient and easy to use. I was cautious because of the reviews I read about them charging for damage on a vehicle which was previously there, but the price was much cheaper than the other agencies so I took a chance. I took careful photos and a video of the car before I left the lot as it did have a lot of little nicks and dings. The car was clean and worked fine for a drives into the mountains and around the city. Returning the car was quick and left me at the front door of the airport. I received my full deposit back with no issues. It was certainly easier to have a car in Chiang Mai to visit the temples in the nearby mountains, but I parked the car at my hotel and used a tuk tuk for transit within the narrow city walls.

This is my first time with Chic CNX. Everything went well. Actually I would like to say the service from this branch is ‘too warm & too good’

I got Nissan Terra which approximately 5x,xxx kms on the clock. The funny thing is that this car was the car that my parents rented from Chic Bangkok Downtown few weeks ago. They drove to Chiang Mai and the car was broken. So they dropped the car at CNX and got the new one. Several week later, i come to CNX and got the same car that was broken last time. lol

This is my 4th time using Chiccarent. Twice at BKK (DM & S one time each) & twice at Chiang Mai. They are one of the cheapest, but not the newest model all the time. I have no complaint. Usually I cover myself with comprehensive insurance, which means the savings from the cheaper rate covers the insurance cost and there is no worries when you return the car. They allow up to 4 hours late in returning the car at no extra charges. The credit card charges were accurate and the holding amount are returns every time without any incident. So far all 4 times, my rental car has no breakdown or fault issue.

A very serious car rental agency with possibility to have baby seats at a decent price (800B for us Versus 2000B with Europcar).
Location at exit 1 of the airport is convenient and check in/out was done very easily at 2 minutes walk from the terminal.
I would definitely go with them if coming back to Chiang Mai / Northern Thailand.

Very good service, the car was in a great condition and the service both at pick up an drop off was great. The prices were als very good.
The location is at the very end of the airport near the domestic arrivals - it took me some time to find it because I started at the wrong side.

こちらの評価が信じられないほどいい対応でした。

私は１週間借りてチェンライ空港で返却しましたが、どちらもすごくいい対応でした。
車は結構距離を乗っている車ですが、きっちり整備されていました。
それにレンタルを申し込んだ時点で保険にも加入しておりました。
一応キズの写真を撮っていると、車体の傷は保険がカバーしてくれるから、全く問題ないと。
返却時も傷など一切見ずに、ガソリンが満タンかだけ確認されました、当然満タンです。

絶対にリピートします。
ここにひどい事を書かれている人は自分にも何か問題があると思います。
こんなにスムーズなレンタカーは初めてでした。

一切都很好，服務也很不錯，就是一開始訂車的時候電話有點難打，打了好多通都沒有人接，出發前也沒有收到通知信（好像常常都這樣）只好自己打電話確認，但是車況不錯，價格公道，還是很值得推薦

另外 如果是要租車上山的話1.2cc的車子爬坡很吃力，可能要考慮租馬力大一點的車XD

Alquilamos un coche para 2 días llegando al aeropuerto sin previa antelación y nos salió unos 60€, el coche estaba bien y el trato fue muy bueno.
