Have to say a huge thank you to the men that work here! I had to track down my parcel and they went above and beyond to make sure that I received it including follow up phone calls which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so so much, you are wonderful!

Excellent service, sending a small parcel to the UK. Very quick, very helpful, no queue, English spoken. You need to go to the packing counter to the right side of the building where one person packs your items. Then go into the main office where you're given the options, 7-10 days or 2-3 weeks. It could not have been easier.

Today for the EMS shippment service was wonderful. I want to say Thanks for the love of Chiangmai.The gentle man who managed my order and the Mrs from front info desk were very Nice.., and people deserve to treat each other kind and patience for the better outcome. packing boi doesn't quiet understand me lol. Suggest that if you are a foreign costomers with anything doubt can go to the frontdesk ask first. the left inside windows are finnished pack and ready to pay windows.the packing service is a window at outside. Hopping you can make your move smoothly:)

Fast and efficient. It has queue machine at the front, only issue if you’re a foreigner is that everything is in Thai. Sending postcard overseas cost 35 baht. It’s an estimation as if you ask different officer they’ll give slightly different answer.

Sent a package to Australia (boat is cheaper and takes up to 3 months - parcel tracking included).
Went upstairs to counter 6 for boxing. Then filled in the form and took a ticket from the machine by the door (it's in Thai but just press the red button to get a ticket number) to finalise the delivery at the other counters. Bring your passport for ID!

I went there at about 2:30pm on a Wednesday to package and send a box of clothing and books to Australia. The process was smooth and professional.

Go upstairs to counter 6 for boxing and packaging. You will also fill out the sender and delivery information slip here. Then take a number from the same area and wait to see someone at the counter who will finalise method of delivery and payment. It was an easy process and the staff spoke good English.

on the second floor, you can buy packing stuff like bubble wrapper and boxes in different size. also they have packing service too. the officer is super nice and tells you all the details like the list of what not to send by air.
other super friendly lady at kad suan kaew post office told me it's the place to get packing stuff for larger size.
second floor close at 4.30pm. -earlier than regular post office-

Best Post Office worldwide. I sent my Guitar from Koh Pha-ngan to Chiang Mai but I ended up in Pai and left my guitar there. They kept it for 1 month and I lost my tracking number. The very friendly post officer helped me to find it and everybody was really super friendly! Thanks again - Kraaaaap!

Great service, it hasn't been too busy when I've been there. I've used this location three times for shipping back to USA and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Good enough English in my experience.

As far as Thailand's post offices go, this is an exceptional place for westerners to send their mail off home to all fours corners of the world.
The staff are well acquainted with conversing with western people and the service is excellent and full of smiles.

I used to get a tuk tuk from the other side of town just to do all my postal stuff there where I knew I could get it all done with the least amount of drama.
