I don't feel that recieved a welcome or polite services from the people behinds the desk. I went to get information about closing the old book and open a new account. The lady talked down to me, i finally got informations that i needed but left the bad feeling when I left. I wont go back there again.

Very disrespectful bank manager. I asked her how can a foreigner open a bank account. And she said I can be a student or work here. And she said are you a student, what are you studying. Like she started getting rude, said you can't open an account if you are a student for a short time no sorry. You can't study English no sorry. I'm like I only asked you how can a foreigner open a bank account. I didn't ask you what will not allow you to open a bank account. Then she's like assuming I'm studying Thai or English for 6 months and I didn't even say a word. I'm not a student nor do I work here. I just asked what are the qualifications. She's like going crazy. She said no you can't be a student. You have to work. I'm like you just said a student, she's like no, you have to work here. I said why are you changing it. She's like no, you have to work here. At that point I'm like just ignoring her and the bank teller is like following her attitude. I had to right in Google translate how they were acting for them to calm down and read. Then the teller apologized after she read what I put in for translate. Saying that I merely asked a question and I just want to finish my transaction. Calm down and relax. The back manager is small minded and makes assumptions like a person who doesn't think.

So you’ll only let me get a new bank card from this branch and this branch is... randomly closed! Others? Open. This one? Closed. No sign outside. Contact number no longer registered. [Insert slow hand clap.]
