This restaurant is located within the hotel but has a separate, independent location by the river.

The design of the restaurant is beautiful and pleasant, with a very chill river view and a large garden right outside.

It's suitable for families, groups of friends, or romantic dates.

We ordered the afternoon tea set, which included tea, coffee, various pastries, and sandwiches, which were quite delicious.

However, we couldn't finish the set because we were full.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful.

We will return to try other dishes."

This is my 2nd time eating here in a week, which I never really do and that is how good this restaurant is. This place is located inside a 5 star hotel and many of the 5 star hotel restaurants are not that special or great as far as I have experienced, but this one is distinctively different and worth some recognitions, which they are already getting. I have tried several dishes of theirs and they are simply on the next level. You can tell it is truly a fine cuisine and they just taste excellent and I can say this is one of the best western restaurants I have ever tried. Their desserts are a bit underwhelming comparing to their food, but you don’t have to worry because their food will make you happy enough already.

My friends and I visited on 22-Jan'24, reservation is required via Facebook with deposit even that day is Monday, I still can see the sign shown fully booked for that day.
We had chosen the Degustation Menu which is 2500฿/pax for our fine dining course experience.
The staff was very friendly and polite, after we were seated, she gave us the menu and explained to us about the main course.
We had a great experience during our dinner, we were served well by the rest of the staff as well.
The food is quite good, it's a combination of Thai Flavour with western food style.

Before dinner started, we thought the food would not fill up our stomach, but it did 😂 All of us felt full after all.

This restaurant in Chiang Mai truly stands out as the best. The exquisite cuisine and impeccable service make it deserving of a perfect 5-star rating. The vibe is breathtaking with large glass windows and live music. When we faced a taxi issue due to a credit card problem, the restaurant manager generously offered financial assistance for our journey home. It's a customer-centric restaurant, and I wholeheartedly recommend this top-notch restaurant to everyone. I love Chiang Mai!

What a great place to have a romantic dinner. My wife and I enjoyed the Thai Experience menu. A creative and fresh twist on some Thai favorites and flavors.
All the food was delicious and so well presented. You can tell care goes into the menu planning but also the presentation and plating.
Service is attentive and efficient without being intrusive. Each dish was explained and they answered any questions we had.
The setting along the river is quiet and relaxing.

We had tried their dinner years ago and it was absolutely mind blowing. This time we came for an a la cart during lunch time. Service has always been state of the art since then till now. Food came in big portions with exceptional & elegant plating. They are cooked to perfection and are all DELICIOUS. Standing ovation for Oxygen, way to go ! ⭐⭐⭐

I went here as it was on the Michelin Guide, and it definitely didn't disappoint in fancy vibes.

You can select from a tasting menu or a la carte. I had the Thai Tasting menu, which with soft drinks came to THB 2.3K. They add VAT on top, which was a surprise.

The food was a real delight, every course had been engineered with those little chef notes of culinary creativity that stay with you afterwards. I would definitely recommend the Thai tasting course. I was full before the main came! So don't worry that first few portions are small.

You also get a complimentary amuse bouche for starter and desert. Well worth the trip 👌

**update**
I unfortunately did have an adverse reaction to the oyster and suffered minor food poisoning. This is common with all raw seafood. It's not something the restaurant can avoid, sadly.

So much food in the set menu, and they’re all high quality food! Service is very nice. When the staff knew it was my birthday they gave me an extra fancy cake and drinks!

Great food, beautiful riverside view and excellent service.

Had an unforgettable fine dining experience here. My partner and I stayed at the resort and this Michelin dining experience was one of the highlights. We had the thai and degustation menu. Each of the courses were delightful. My personal favourite were the sea urchin egg royale, wagyu beef main and the chicken satay ballotine. Service is immaculate and the atmosphere is great, with a night view of the ping river.

I had fine dinning and breakfast at the restaurant. The staff and manager delivered excellent service. The breakfast menu is impressive with high quality. I love their amazing dark choc souffle, I ate twice as they are one the best souffle I ever had. Very pretty restaurant facing ping river. Definitely worth a visit!

Relaxed and pleasant dining environment, there are several dishes that can taste the chef's desire to let guests feel his intentions, the mixed flavors of various countries and regions are integrated into the fresh ingredients, creating novel flavors and shocking our taste buds ! Worth a try and hope the restaurant has new menus coming out regularly! Looking forward to the next tasting! It's a pity that I didn't eat my favorite foie gras!

The meal was simply amazing. The flavors so well thought of and went so well together. Absolutely loved the onion soup that came with an ice cream - yes that’s right an ice cream! As strange as it may sound it was delicious! A little pricey but worth the experience. The ambience was lovely and the staff were friendly and thoughtful.

Wow, a real Wow. We went there without any expectations. And we are very grateful to be surprised in an absolutely positive and convincing way. For sure, we will go there again, just to try another menu. And you should too. Thank you, Nicolas Isnard for a very creative and detailed thai menu. Nice dinner and breakfast, all staff are warm and welcoming

Really had a great time here. You can see their food look so delicious and pretty like art. As I have a small stomach and keto, so I request they serve all in half portion. And chef make me a chicken roll, not noodles. All staff with friendly smiley face, and funny. Highly recommend you should try!

PS. When you go remember don't just follow the map, better find X2 Riverside Resort.

Tried both the degustation and vegan menu, all with the accompanying wine pairings.

All in, an excellent dining experience from the Oxygen team. From the warm elegant décor to the attentive service to the lovely food, you would definitely have a good time here.

Several standout dishes were the trilogy aubergines, beef tartar, and the sweetbread. Go for the wine pairing to elevate the flavors.

The oyster and the Thai nougat were misses for me. The former being a little too heavy handed with the green citrus gel which masked the natural taste of the oyster. A move one might do if the oyster wasn't fresh. The Thai nougat had too many flavors going on the plate and was confusing/distracting, although texturally it had a nice contrast.

Great dining restaurant for special occasion. Superb!!!

Amazing food and refreshing interpretation of Thai classic dish such as the reconstruction of Khoi soi. Attentive service and romantic atmosphere. Possible the best fine dining in Thailand!

the foods really good with perfect food presentation. warm and friendly chef with his warmest smiling to share his idea and knowledge on dishes. i really enjoyed the whole dinner session.. definitely i will return if i went to chiangmai.
