Dee Dee Pochana 好好食福店

My wife and i decided to spend the weekend in Nong Khai, and upon checking in to the hotel, we immediately went out looking for something/somewhere to eat...and after a lot of walking, we found this restaurant.
It's an "open-air" place (typical for Thailand) and has plenty of seating, both outdoor and indoors.
The staff was quick and courteous and promptly brought us menus (they're actually in English, Thai, and Vietnamese).
Our orders were taken, and in a few minutes, we were enjoying our food...which was very good! The bill wasn't expensive, and the bathrooms were clean (and they even have "western toilets!).

We will definitely be visiting this restaurant before we leave!!!

Great menu, lovely food, helpful staff. DD's is one of the best restaurants in Nong Khai with a good menu of Sino-Thai dishes.

Pak Boong Fai Dang (fried morning glory) was great. Cashew nuts with dried shrimp, lime and chillis knocked my socks off. Garlic Shrimp very nice too.

It's rather expensive restaurant for traveler but you can also find cheap dishes around 60~80B. Review the menu carefully.

A great range of dishes, with a menu in a English, Thai, Laos and Chinese. Always busy, but plenty of tables and seats. Service and staff are very helpful. Our favourite place to eat in Nong Khai.

Went there with a family group and on my own. Huge menu and high quality. Good prices.

Arrived at 6:15pm on Thur and plenty tables available but filled up very quickly. The Chiu Chau style goose was excellent. The red curry fish and the yelliw curry crab with egg were beyond imagination.
Staff helpful despite little English. The restaurant is in fact a huge open-air stall occupying half a road junction. So prepare for a hot dinner.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Nongkai. Great food and a lot of variety. I would recommend this place for those who want authentic Thai dishes in Nongkai.
