Israel and Ratana offer a good and knowledgeable service with great value tours.
All the tours we booked through the agency were excellent, either private or group visits.

Israel spent much time giving us general advice for our trip, not necessarily related to tours we booked with him. We appreciate his availability via phone (including on holidays and in evening hours) to assist with any issue that arised and solve problems. After our pick up to khantoke dinner got extremely late and our experience was hampered, Israel did his best to compensate us in another tour we took, though the delay was not in the responsibility of his agency.

We especially want to express our gratitude to the guide Thippy (who guided us on two private tours) for her knowledge, cheerfulness, kindness and patience. Thippy even refused to accept money from us as gratitude!

(Note that as the agency mostly serves Israeli tourists who mainly flock to a limited set of attractions, it might be advisable to explicitly tell Israel if you're interested to hear propositions for tours out of the beaten track. )

They ran more than half an hour late on two occasions. On another they got the pickup location wrong.

The second time they were running late was on a Saturday. We called to ask where the driver was and they still haven't gotten back to us.

I'm not sure if there is an alternate tour company but this company don't respect people's time and money. They just want you to keep coming back.

Do yourself a favour and try not to book with this company. I've never been so forgiving and disappointed at the same time.
