I gave 4 for location because it's not really near any eatery unless you have your own vehicle to drive around... other than that, whats not to love about this place?

You have your own private onsen where you can be naked and you get to control the temps of the onsen.

Just a tad pricey.

So lovely, peaceful and clean. Beautiful and green garden setting with paths to walk on. Some of the floorboards are a worn and need to be replaced.

The rooms are amazing, the dinner menu not so much. My husband and three month old have stayed here twice now. The giant hot spring fed bathtubs are incredible. The whole family fits easily! Ad it fills up in minutes. The public pools are great as well. We stayed in the bungalow for more space, so we could set up his bed. The smaller rooms as well as the bungalows have mini fridges, mosquito screens, big bath tubs, towels, robes, soaps, and air con. Our room has a TV, but we’ve never used it. The place is beautiful, quiet, has a large green space for playing, shaded areas to walk, and is not lit up or noisy at night. Our little guy goes to sleep at 6:30 and he had no issues.
The complementary breakfast is delicious, fresh veggies and fruits, soup, fried rice, fried eggs, drinks... all you want! But the dinner/lunch menu doesn’t have many options and is small portions.
Oh yes, and you have to pay in cash. Be prepared!

This is our 2nd visit to sippa hotspring! We booked the bungalow room for both stay, love the private hotspring in our room.

Cleanliness of the room is great, bed was comfortable and love their bath gel! We bought some home too!

Food wise I really love the porridge and soup! Breakfast buffet is great too! Do note that they serve vegetarian food only!

Price was reasonable too! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place - I'm going back in the next day or two. Three hot pools, not scalding, but enough to drive this die-hard boiler to the cooling stands a couple of times. Stayed here for several hours.

It was 250 baht for a day pass, and well worth it. They have huge trees all over several acres, lots of papyrus, bamboo and elephant ears, water canals and foot bridges, wide expanses of lawn, shady areas perfect for an extended yoga workout, or wide open areas for sun tanning.

A level, packed dirt road around the perimeter of their property, which would probably measure about 1 km or 3/4 miles - is a place for real exercise-style walking or jogging - a rarity in Thailand. There's a lake in one part, with a tiny island and a teak house - really picturesque.

They have several beautiful round bungalows with big fluffy cotton beds and beautiful black wood furnishings - and your own private hot pool in the shower bath. The floors have tile, inlaid stone - the decor everywhere is artistic and organic .

They also have several nice tents set up around the end of the meadow, for 800 baht a night which includes a day pass. Massages are available all the time - and the food I saw in the restaurant looked spectacular. Charming staff, English spoken. I will definitely be back here.

A quaint, set back resort in the forest surrounding Chiang Mai. Large trees create a shady and intimate space on the resort, the highlight of which are the 3 outdoor Onsen pools (temps of 47C). These pools are amazing to relax in, with a beautiful area surrounding them.

The resort offers lunch and dinner (last order at 6pm).

The resorts offer deluxe rooms which come with private Onsen tubs (you can fill them with hot or cold mineral water to the perfect temperature for you!)

Overall, the resort is lovely and we’ll worth a stay!

If you like hot springs you will like this place. Aimed at tourist market ( what isn't? ) but good value. All day for 250 baht ( which was about $10 AUD at that time) plus quite places to sit, go for a walk or get a massage. Also good food.
About 50 minute drive from Chiang Mai. About 2000 baht if you want to stay the night in standard cabin 3000 for luxury one. ($100 or $150 a night for 2 people )

Great hot spring. Several pools, one covered, with different degree water. Never crowded. Have a menu, but only offer limited dishes - all vegetarian.

Fun place, boiled eggs in the hot springs spent about 1 1/2 hours in the hot spring water pool. A good time.
