Great school for which I decided to stay in Chiang May for the whole year. The coaches are funny, chill, but won’t let you idle, trainings are really intense. Wonderful way to stay physically and mentally fit and also get a student visa. Recommended!

Overwhelmingly positive! I can't recommend the club more! For anyone looking for a Muay Thai visa, this is the place. However if you just want to practice Muay Thai in a friendly, fun but experienced and helpful space, I would recommend Xmax as well.

The teachers are very well trained and knowledgable, the club looks very professional, clean and well taken care of. The lessons are intense but incredibly fun. You will learn a lot but you can take it at your own pace, although you actually want to keep going and give it your all because of the teachers and other students.

There are people from all ages, as well as men and women. It's a family friendly space and you are made very comfortable.

Lastly the visa process can't be any smoother, you're completely guided through the whole process and explained exactly what is expected of you, when and where to be.

Overall I can't expres how positive this experience has been for us!

The training sessions are never boring. Typically, there are 3-4 coaches from Thailand and China conducting the workouts, and each one of them is invested in my success.The trainers always introduce something new each time, and all the coaches have real experience competing in the ring, continuing to fight to this day. And it's truly heartwarming when at the end of each training session, the coaches and fellow trainees express respect and gratitude towards each other, bringing us closer together. As a foreigner in Thailand, XMAX makes me feel like a part of the family.

My stay at Xmax was amazing! The staff welcomed me like family and the coaches made training really fun and entertaining. They even invited some of the students along to watch one of our coaches compete in a match, which was a very special experience.

I improved my boxing so much in just one week training there. I recommend staying in their hostel if you want to mainly focus on training while you’re in Chiangmai. The rooms are comfortable and affordable. The location is a bit far from the city but the host can also provide lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back to visit my Muay Thai friends!

Great gym for training Muay Thai. The instructors are really friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home since the very first training. The gym is well furnished, has all the training equipment necessary, is large (we were a group of 15 and we had plenty of space at our disposal) and really tidy. I will definitely come back to train here next time I am in Chiang Mai!

I attended Xmax Thai Boxing Club with my JKD martial arts family for 6 days in August. It was the toughest but most rewarding experience I have had.

Our training would start at 8am and finish at 1pm, with an hours lunch break in-between, however, they are flexible depending on your level. The timings were great as it allowed us to explore Chiang Mai for the rest of the day and go on excursions etc.

We were also invited to watch Xmax trainers fight on two evenings which was an amazing experience!! We had 3 fights and won them all by knockout!!!

The trainers at Xmax are also so welcoming, talented and professional, no matter what level you are training at they can adapt to you. They are also friendly and funny! We made such great friends and I would definitely go back and train with them!

Overall, if I was going to recommend a Muay Thai Club to train at, it would 100% have to be Xmax!! I have no complaints, it was all AWESOME :D

Super training, great coaches and a nice and big training place with 3 different huge areas! Chinese, Thai, French and English are being spoken over there but all nationalities are welcomed, 10/10 would recommend

I have just started at the school and am learning alot from the expert trainers. Hopefully I can get a year ED visa and continue here, its a great place 👍

These are some of the best trainers in Chiang Mai! I've trained at quite a few gyms in Thailand, and haven't found one that has such an amazing combination of superb teachers, quite location, and totally welcoming and friendly atmosphere!

I trained for seven months, amazing place, great coaches, you feel part of a family. The most professional there is in Chiang Mai !!! Recommend to come and be impressed !! Already misses everyone.

I did a training bootcamp of 1 week in xmax. It was an incredible experience, the trainers are all very positive and motivates you to go beyond your limit. I felt my kick and technique improved quite a bit and also the trainig improve my general streght. To me the best moment was when we were going to watch them fight on a real Muay Thai match. It was an exicting experience and I grateful for this experience.

I arranged a private 6-day Muay Thai Kickboxing camp for 20 of my students in Aug 2019, including 7 nights accommodation in the adjoining XMAX hotel.

XMAX arranged for 7 instructors to provide 4 hours of training each day.

All the trainers are highly skilled, accomplished competition fighters, really professional, and made the hard training a lot of fun with jokes and laughter. We were lucky to see 3 of the instructors compete in local competitions in Chiang Mai, and all 3 took wins home.

The facility is huge, and well equipped, with 2 huge training areas with hanging kicking bags, 3 boxing rings, a cage, filtered water, gym area and pro-shop where you can buy top quality Thai martial arts equiment including boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, kickpads, belly pads, t-shirts and shorts (and much more).

The XMAX hotel is new, safe and clean, with a swimming pool and hidden away among nature with its' own lake. There are 3 restaurants on-site, and additional coffee shop and restaurant 2 mins walk round the corner when you get hungry after all the hard training.

I would highly recommend XMAX and the on-site accommodation and restaurants for anyone really serious about training with an authentic and reputable Muay Thai martial arts school.

Very nice camp, the teachers are really friendly, the training are very good!! The place is really cool and quiet which is perfect! I really recommend it!!!

Very very attentive, patience and friendly teacher, although is tired lesson but with this friendly environment is sure a nice place to train and exercise. Highly recommended !!

I come here for belly dance, yes they have belly dance here! Tue and Thur morning 9.30 am at the time of writing. Friendly people here!
