The tour, guide and driver were all awesome. The day at Chiang rai was well spent. My guide Goi made sure I was always comfortable and happy and she was very kind and funny. I learnt so much on this tour and the day was well spent and organized. I wasn’t rushed and I got a lot of good pics as memories. The lunch was amazing, we boiled eggs in an hot spring, and we had icecream at the Blue temple that was delicious. Left on time and returned on time as well. The ride was great and the scenery was beautiful. Everything went great and I’d definitely recommend Bon voyage and Goi for another tour.

My aunt and I had the most enjoyable day today with our tour guide Net on the handicrafts tour! He was so friendly, fun, easy going and knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English. We learned so much more about Thailand as a whole, and generally just had some great conversations. We also were super impressed by the different handicrafts we got to see being made, the tour truly was value for money, and we got to buy some beautiful and unique things too. We had such a fantastic experience with our Bon Voyage experience. Everything was planned and taken care of for us. They had ice waters for us all day and ordered a great lunch for us. They picked us up from our hotel, drove us all day to three different activities and returned us to the hotel. Our guide was honestly the best, we called him Net and we couldn't have been happier to have a better guide. He knew so much and was so fun to be with. We honestly hope we have the pleasure to work with him in the future. Such a great experience!

I went to Chiang Mai with a group of 12 pax at the beginning of January 2023.

We booked 2 day trips with Bon Voyage during our stay (Elephant Camp + Doi Inthanon and Chiang Rai), which were amazingly organised and planned.

Firstly, I’d like to mention their CEO Tass. She has professionally handled all of my enquiries, replied timely and provided several valuable recommendations for the trips.

Secondly, tour guides Nath and Bam were the best tour guides I have ever met! They are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They guided our group through the whole two days, gave us plenty of time at each location without rushing, and ensured each of us was comfortable.

Thirdly, the drivers and their skills, minibus condition, iced water, snacks and lunch places were very well organised. Actually, lunch restaurants selection exceeded all of my expectations.

If I would come to Chiang Mai ever again, I would definitely engage Bon Voyage.

We did a customized private tour that was very reasonable! About $100 USD for a 14h day. They picked us up from the hotel in Chiang Mai and we went to the white and blue temple, the black museum (which is def worth the visit), the choui Fong tea plantation, and the Golden Triangle. A big lunch and some desserts were included too. We never felt rushed and learned a lot about each place. Our driver and our guide Net were wonderful! I am sure they were tired after the end of a long day. It was fun learning about Buddhism and Thai life from Net. Thank you for the amazing time!

Net was an excellent guide for our day trip. He secured a very comfortable van with driver, selected very interesting sites and eating establishments. He arranged all admissions and other fees. We enjoyed the day with him very much

We recently booked 7 tours with Bon Voyage Thailand during our recent stay in Chiang Mai. We were very happy with all of the tours and glad we booked through them. We booked the Handicraft and City Temples tours the same day and they changed the order for us since it was better to see the temples in the morning before it got too hot. We really appreciated them making the effort to recommend this change for us! Their website's explanations were very helpful for us and let us know exactly what we were signing up for. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Thailand!

It was amazing to find this agency on Google, since we had a tight schedule, we needed to do Doi Suthep and Elephants on the same day, and everything was great. They were very professional and our guide Net was the best, taught us a lot and was very fun.
We even did a waterfall, and it was a delightful surprise. I higly recommend it!

I booked the Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary tour and a Chiang Mai evening food tour. It was an easy booking experience, and when I had to change my schedule the BVT team was very helpful and made it easy. Both packages were wonderful, and the tour guide I had for the food tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

The love the staff have for nature and their wards the elephants ir really amazing and very touching. OUr tour guide Robert, provided history, animal facts and musical accompaniment. Brilliant!

We scheduled a tour through Bon Voyage Travel Agency online. We didn't visit a traditional office. We expressed our concerns and requests pertaining to the itinerary, pick up location and dietary restrictions. We received assurance that everything would be fine. On the date of the tour, we arrived at the designated meeting point approximately 20 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. The time to pick us up came and went. After speaking with a local person, he told us to wait a little longer as the bus may be late for a variety of reasons, so we did. After waiting 45 minutes beyond our scheduled pick up time, we still hadn't been picked up. Unbelievable!

My husband went to the grocery store next to our prearranged meeting spot to connect to their WiFi and sent an email to Bon Voyage. We received an email back with an apology stating that we hadn't been put in the schedule for that day. They asked if we could we take the tour the next day. Although the email appeared to offer a full refund, it was unclear whether this depended whether we wanted to book another tour. We were unsure how to respond. So we didn't answer and instead began our 45-minute walk back to our hotel. I must admit that during the 2.5 mile walk back to our hotel, my husband and I were discussing options as to how to handle the situation, the difficulty in getting a refund, and whether we should do business with this company or look for a different one. Unbelievable!

By the time we arrived back at our lodging facility, Bon Voyage had called 3 times. When our host saw us, he quickly got our attention and said that Bon Voyage was on the phone. My husband spoke to them. Again, they apologized for the mistake and offered a FULL REFUND with the opportunity to still take the tour for FREE! Unbelievable! Without any negotiation, haggling or stress, this was their offer to us. Needless to say, we were impressed.

The next day everything went off without a hitch. We visited the White Temple, the Blue Temple, the Black Museum, the Karen and Lao village, and went to the Golden Triangle with lunch included. It was a long, hot but very enjoyable day.

My father and I booked through Bon Voyage Thailand for the Yee Peng Lanna International Lantern Festival. We booked a private guide and tour, and it was absolutely perfect.

Our guide, Tommy, took fantastic care of us the entire day. He made sure we got there early, so that we could eat and look around at the festivities. Then he made sure to take us to the actual lantern release spot, so that we knew where our seats were and would have no problem finding him when it was all done. But that wasn't a problem either, because he was waiting and actually came to find us before we were done so we wouldn't get lost! And he took us back to our resort safe and sound.

It was a perfect day all in all, and we are so thankful for the beautiful experience. We would definitely book again with Bon Voyage Thailand. Thank you so much!
