I love love this gym! So happy to have found it while staying in Chiang Mai. It’s small but has all the equipment and machines you need. Super clean with AC and air filters. The staff is very nice too. I accidentally left my sunglasses on a treadmill and they found them and kept for me at front desk. Great daily (100 baht)and weekly rates that include their classes. Highly recommend Miss Fitness!!

A nice place to workout with different classes every day.

I enjoyed the environment and the fact that is for women only. So nobody will be staring/judging at you when doing the exercises.

They have shower and lockers. And a decent amount of machines to workout.

I am traveling through Chiang Mai and was hoping to find a reasonably priced day pass for a gym to get a decent workout in. I stumbled upon Miss Fitness and am so glad that I did. It is a gym for female-identifying patrons only, and it was spotlessly clean and had a wonderful variety of equipment. From new treadmills, rowers, ellipticals and weight training, to bags and gloves for Muay Thai. Clean, well-stocked bathroom with showers and lockers as well. It is a small gym, but well-appointed and has everything that you might need. And with a 100THB price for a day pass, you can't go wrong.

Excellent gym for ladies! The gym is small but has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Very reasonably priced, 100 baht for a day pass. Staff were welcoming and friendly which made me feel at ease. Definitely would recommend, if you are staying in Chaing Mai.

1000 baht for a months with lots of classes to join, I'm happy with this.

Good amount of clean, new equipment. They also have an incline bench thing I love and feel compelled to use as a barometer of how good a gym actually is in terms of diversity of equipment (it makes me feel like Batman when I exercise, even though I know you’re not supposed to fully sit up if you want to target your core). The diverse array of classes are also insanely fun! I’ve never done a lot of these particular classes before and it’s hilarious to try some of them. It’s like being in a playground for adults! I went there with a friend and had lots of fun trying to do things we couldn’t.
I also love and feel so much safer in a female-orientated gym exercising alongside people of all different fitness levels. I don’t feel intimidated by being a newbie.

Fantastic gym, we dropped in during our stay in Chiang Mai and bought a day pass which was very reasonable. Great new equipment and friendly honest staff, I left my AirPod headphones there and went back the next day and the staff had kept them aside, was very relieved and grateful! Would really recommend this fab ladies gym.

Different exercise programs for each day of the week are so interesting and exciting. All the coaches are very kind, passionate, and I can feel that they coach with all their heart. It is a place where you can experience and enjoy the most enjoyable exercise program at a very low cost. I admire the passion of all the coaches here

This gym is wonderful!! I'm from the UK and currently travelling Thailand. Being a lover of the gym I've missed it dearly. I found this near my hostel and it's made my day! 200baht for the day, has lots of machines and great equipment for doing circuits. Also has nice clean showers and storage lockers. Plus the staff are lovely and friendly - 100% recommend!

I was visiting Chiang Mai for a few days and wanted a workout on a rainy afternoon. This gym is awesome! Women only, clean and friendly, so you feel very safe. The staff was so wonderful. One of the ladies at the desk very politely asked me if I wanted to try intervals on the bike as I was warming up before a class. I said yes and boy did she work me out! I then did a "combat" class, and even though I didn't understand Thai, I was able to follow along and I had so much fun!! Wheeewww they worked me out hard!!!

A day pass was something like 200 - 300 THB. Well worth it! If you're in the area with time to spare (or a rainy day), go to Miss Fitness, you'll have fun! Thank you so much to the staff!
