Wiang Kum Kam Resort

What a fantastic place. We enjoyed our stay here allot and would definitely return. The rooms are neat clean and huge. Very comfortable. There is a lovely pool and relaxing areas with lovely gardens. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The owner Rolf goes out of his was to help with anything. He is very kind and a nice person. The free bicycles are great for active people to enjoy the area and explore. Rolf Gives you lots of information about the area a map and things to do. There is a nice size pool too. We loved it here.

Our family of 4 enjoyed biking around, eating the delicious breakfasts and drinking the cappuccinos. The location was quiet and away from the action, but super easy to bike to 89 plaza or catch a grab into the city. If we had any concerns or questions, Rolf had an answer or solution for us! Such an amazing host.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai if you don't want to stay in the busy city centre.
We (couple with 2 small kids) enjoyed the garden, the breakfast, their hospitality and their good coffee!

This place is amazing and easy to find since there are lots of signs heading to the resort. Mr. Rolf and his wife are very soft spoken, helpful, and accommodating and he's more than willing to help you with your needs. The rooms are spotless and spacious. A motorbike is also available to use for free if you are just going around the area. Overall, it was a great stay at this resort and will definitely book again if I go back in Chiang Mai.

It's impossible to not recommend a place like this resort. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, located around the pool. A lot of green areas, wood and warm colors make a very relaxing atmosphere. The owner was wonderful from the airport pickup to helping me ordering food at the restaurant.
The price is perfect, the location is silent and relaxing, close to temples but also the main roads, useful for someone like me that just wanted to ride to the mountains skipping the city life.
100% suggested, 100% I would come back and I probably will

Lovely and very nice small resort. Rolf, the owner indulges every whim of his guests. The location is in small suburb of Chiang Mai, feeling quiet and rural. If you want stay outside the tourist zones and feel the real life - take this. Bicycles are for free, scooters for rent. A pool and a small tenderly designed garden help you to relax. Delicious coffee specialities for reasonable price.

Original french baguette will served at breakfast.

If you look for an experience: ask for thai massage. You will never had such a strong one. But next day you are different.

Probably one of the best resorts in Chiang mai. It's quite, clean and very chill. I would spend our honeymoon there. The owner is also very friendly and very helpful. They can fluently speak English and German.

We loved this cute mini resort so much! Rolf the owner couldn’t be sweeter or more helpful. We felt like he became family and have missed his hospitality as have continued on staying in different locations in Thailand.

Roth, the owner is most helpful, we just feel so well looked after. The breakfast is great, and place clean and tidy. This little resort is has a great homely feel and most suited to young families too.

Das Wiang Kum Kam Resort ist eine schöne Oase in der Nähe von Chiang Mai und eine super Adresse für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub.

Lage: Eeniger als 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und vom Flughafen Chiang Mai entfernt und doch weit ausserhalb der Grossstadt in Mitten eines kleinen Dorfs, das viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten birgt. Die grössten Tempel von Wiang Kum Kam sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Zimmer: das Resort hat geräumige und saubere Zimmer, ideal für uns war die grosse Familiensuite mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern, aber auch die anderen Zimmer sind schön. Alle Zimmer haben ejne Klimaanlage und TV

Einrichtung: Alle Zimmer grenzen direkt an einen schönen Pool der rund um die Uhr genutzt werden darf. Es gibt Fitnessgeräte und eine Bar sowie einen schönen Bereich wo man Essen und Trinken kann.

Staff: Rolf und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und super hilfreich. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Rolf hat sehr gute Ausflugstips und ist bei der Organisation sehr hilfreich.

Das Resort ist ein idealer Ort für alle, die eine ordentliche und saubere Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Service suchen. Wir waren Anfang 2022 für 2 Wochen dort und haben das Resort als eine Wohlfühloase wahrgenommen. Der Inhaber Rolf - spricht deutsch - was für uns natürlich ein zusätzlicher Mehrwert war. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Eine gute Mischung aus europäischem und thailändischem Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und praktikabel eingerichtet. Große Kleiderschränke und auch genügend Haken an den Wänden, was ich als sehr nützlich empfinde. Rolf und seine Frau sind zudem sehr kinderfreundlich. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne. Der einzige Grund warum ich nicht mehr Sterne vergebe, besteht darin, dass Google maximal 5 Sterne erlaubt. Verdient hätte es auch mehr Sterne. Top!
