Sit Thailand Muay Thai Gym

Kru Thailand is phenomenal teacher who always pays significant attention to the mechanics of technique over simply just hammering pads. I’ve spent a lot of time training with him over the last year and will definitely continue into the future. Highly recommended!

I was there a couple of times, trainer Thailand Pinsinchai is just amazing and his family and team the same. Beautifull place for training, lot of nature and not far from city. You can eat at many places nearby and cheap room close to also. Training is focus on technique and hard as always in Thailand , the teachers are very hard workers and their fighters, who fight in Bangkok most of them, awesome to learn from. Is a small family gym where you always feel welcome!

I trained at this gym for some time. I ended up in better shape than I have ever been in. My wife also attended. The training staff is second to none. Your trained is a prize fighter and know what he is doing. His son competes at a very high level. I was there a week ago and one of his students from Spain won his night against a Thai fighter!!! I have trianed with Kru Thaiand for the last three years , He is one of the nicest trainers I know and his dedication to Muay Thai is 100% he will always correct you if you are doing something wrong, One of the best gyms in Chiang Mai.

I have trained in Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Phuket. The session I had with Kru Thailand Pinsinchai was the best session I’ve had during my time in Thailand. I would highly recommend a visit when you are in Chiang Mai!

Awesome place! The trainer keeps on watching you all the time even if he trains with somebody else at the time and keep correcting to improve every detail.

This was my third time training on Thailand. I must say this gym really checks all the boxes for me: It is not too far from the old town, the neighborhood around the airport was surprisingly interesting and the level of attention you get from the trainers is outstanding. They really take their time to work with you. Even in group classes you will be receiving a lot of individual training.
I was even hesitant to write this review because it is such a hidden gem, but the place really deserves it. 5/5

I tried different gyms in Chiang Mai before I wanted to commit myself for a month. I can say that Sit thailand is definitely one of the best. A lot of gyms are only made for foreigners and just want to make them tired without really trying to learn them Muay Thai. Here in Sit Thailand they give you a lot of personal attention. Also you train next to a young group of Thai fighters, which is an awesome experience.
I want to thank Pinsinchai miss Kaskamon and Bewzaza for there hospitality and the lessons i learned in MuayThai.

Fantastic Muay Thai training gym that molds and encourages fighters! Unfortunately we were only passing by Chiang Mai for a week. So, we enrolled in their 1 week training. It was 3000 baht/pp. This includes 2 group training sessions.

Session 1: starts at 6:30am where the group will do a 10km run, then at 7:30am they will start the training. Apparently the morning has a focus on clinching.

Session 2: starts at 3:30pm where the group will do a 5 km run, then at 4pm they will start the training.

During the training you also get 1:1 coaching with Sit and his sons who have been decorated with wins as well!

Where to stay?
Many people come here for a few months to a year and lodge at this appartment called BJ or JB where you can enjoy a stay for 3000 baht per month. 15 min walking distance here!

We stayed at an Airbnb nearby (Malinee's House) which is also 20 min walk away!

Is it foreigner friendly? Yes! This is a family run business where Sit and the fam can also speak a bit of English, enough to make sure you're in fighter shape!

I heard Sit launched his new Muay Thai gym during Covid with his wife and 5 kids! It's a big open space with a ring, 5+ bags, minimalist gym and weights!

The community is also awesome, there were folks from Spain, India, Morocco, Canada and locals training here! They also invited us to the local stadium to watch fights and cheer on the local gym's fighters, of which 3 won their fights tonight!!

Great gym with amazing coaching, would recommend to both beginners and advanced students

First off I can’t comment personally on the gym as I have not seen it but I’ve heard from a good source it’s an amazing facility.

What I can comment on is thailand pinsinchai and his fighters and this is the reason it gets 5 stars without even seeing the facility.

I was fortunate to train with Thailand his trainers and his fighters at the gym he was using while he was waiting to open this location.

Thailand is not only an amazing trainer but such a great person that is so kind and patient no matter what level you are at . He loves the sport of Muay Thai and it really shows in his passion and the way he teaches.

His trainers and fighters were equally amazing and so helpful.

If you are looking for a authentic gym that you will get proper technique and training I would look no further than this gym.

Kru Sit Thailand is a dedicated trainer who corrects your stance and moves. His pad work is great too.
