No cafe or breakfast

All staff is girls only.very polite
They will take 2000 baaht as deposit.and while leaving they will give it back.

Pool is not operational in evening 7 to morning 9.

Overall good experience.family place.

I have not personally stayed in the rooms but the staff are one-of-a-kind!
My friend & I were in Patong area on first day of Songkran trying desperately for over 1 hour to return to Old Phuket Town. Both our phones were dying and as it neared midnight, we approached "A" at the front desk for help. He reassured us, calmed me down, plugged my phone in to charge and immediately called a local taxi company for availability. It's clear that the hospitality extends beyond hotel guests here. Left a positive experience on us & we got home safely. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing time at Viridian. Have lived here for a month, and the whole hotel area is like a small jungle oasis in the middle of Patong. The fantastic garden is looked after by a skilled gardener and the pool is lovely under swaying palm trees. During our stay there were bananas straight from the tree. The rooms are nice and fresh. However, the bed is very hard even for being in Thailand, but you get used to it. We lived on the ground floor with a small terrace right outside the door and three steps to the pool. The location is great: a 7/11 is half a minute from the hotel, restaurants are everywhere and both the beach and party are about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff is great, happy and helpful.

Nice and calm ambience amidst the busy city. Way more relaxing than other hotels near Patong. They are working with less manpower but managing well. The pool is clean and well decorated but the depth of the pool is above standard average. Any person of height 5ft 6inch or below should be very very conscious if one can't swim well.

The Viridian Resort is one of the best hotels in Phuket in terms of the good location, well mannered staffs and nicely decorated environment, inside as well as outside.

This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool 😍. You can enjoy the green environment by sitting beside the pool with a coconut juice 😁 as lots of trees beside the pool.
The rooms are also nicely decorated.

The hotel staffs are really honest and helpful. I left $1000 in my room while visiting Phi Phi Island and whenever I returned room after the whole day; I found my $1000 dollars envelope in the drawer which I forgot to lockup! The room cleaner cleaned my room and didn't take or even opened that envelope!! I was really surprised and told that to the hotel receptionist. I expressed my gratitude for the honesty of their staffs.

I highly recommend this hotel for their cordiality, well mannered attitudes and helpful cooperation.

This is a nice place to stay that's location is just 2 minutes walk from Bangla. Stayed here for 3 nights and they were really relaxed, staff are kind and helpful. Pool in the middle is warm but we did nickname this place "Mozzy Resort" because there are alot of Mosquitoes 🦟 in the rainy season.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff and fine buffet breakfast (we mostly ate street food instead as the buffet options were Western food).

Pool was clean and cool, which was excellent on hot afternoons. The courtyard feels private and offers some much needed shade in the middle of the day.

Easy check-in with 2000฿ deposit, eqsily reclaimed. Helpful tourist desk in the lobby. No scooter/bike rental but many nearby.

This resort is located in the centre of Patong near Christin Massage. Even though it is on the main road it is quite and very family friendly with a lovely staff. It has both an adult and childrens pool. The resort is only 3 levels and does not have a lift but the stairs are easy to manage. If a person has problems with stairs I recommend a ground floor room.

Decent Hotel, good location. 10 mins from the beach. We walked daily. There are few shortcuts with loads of restaurants around. All in all good experience. Make sure you reach at 2pm for the hotel check in. Early check in is a problem. We reached at 9 and had to wait till 2 to get our room.

Fantastic resort. Cheap for Patong, all rooms surround the pool and tropical gardens. We were bottom floor, awesome gardens and fun watching the squirrels! Staff excellent and our room was really modern, perfect size, bed soooo comfortable and ducted air con. A stones throw from Bangla Road, Juncelyn and the beach but super quiet and peaceful.

We had a hard nite at another property, with their air-con but Viridian Resort saved the day. Reception staff could not do enough and made us welcomed, more than expected in Thai style. Viridian a top clean and friendly, even In Mango cafe. Well done and the air-con actually works. Top marks
