Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

Everything was perfect.
I stayed in standard king bed room.
Room was not too small.

Especially, check in was very present.
At the priority receptionist " Peach" was charming, kind and very professionally serve the customer.

Parking lot located under swimming pool, my car was avoid direct sun.
Not easy to have covered parking in Phuket, Four point Marriott have it. :)

This hotel is not close to walking street but I like it because of less traffic and less congestion.

Highly recommend this hotel of you like to stay by Panto v beach.

I may not be a good judge of staying at resorts, being as this is my first time. But I'm already planning on returning again. It's a wonderful resort with extraordinary staff. It's well worth the time and expense of traveling here. If I could, I would rate them 10 stars out of 5, great place, great people, wonderful experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with the warmth and hospitality that one would expect from a top-tier establishment. The hotel itself boasts pristine facilities, comfortably elegant accommodations, and amenities that cater to every need of a traveler.

A highlight of my visit was interacting with the hotel staff, particularly Mr. Ralph and Ms. Hannah. Mr. Ralph's attention to detail and proactive approach to guest service significantly enhanced my stay, making me feel valued and well-cared for. Ms. Hannah, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She handled a personal concern of mine with such professionalism and grace, ensuring that the issue was resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Her dedication to guest experience is truly commendable.

It is clear that Four Points isn't just about luxury and style; it's about a culture of genuine care and exceptional service. The team here, led by remarkable individuals like Mr. Ralph and Ms. Hannah, truly understands the essence of hospitality.

I stayed here in Feb 2024 and it is AMAZING. It is in a perfect location for you to walk to local markets, restaurants, and nightlife. I loved it here. I would stay here again. The staff at the hotel restaurant Sears & Co. Bar and Grill were so nice and the food was amazing. I stayed for a week and I ate there three times.

We stayed in the ocean-view room overlooking Patong beach. The room condition is on-top but the balcony door doesn't close completely and it gets a bit noisy at night with the live bar next door & tuktuk passing.

Both pools are very very enjoyable. Beautifully arranged.

Every single staffs we encountered during our 5days stay was friendly, flexible and willing to help. 5-stars for them.

Food & beverages*****
The breakfast is enjoyable but the best part is the pool bar.
It has the best mango sticky rice & cocktails.

An awesome stay with amazing hosting team who are kind and have the perfect people skills for the job. Don't miss the massive breakfast spread in the morning.

It has the beach across the road and the commercial center just a short walk from the hotel.

Even with competition all around, this place will definitely be put for a future revisit.

We stayed here just last week for a week. Great location, cross the street to the beach and walking distance to markets. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and luxurious. We had the breakfast buffet with the room and it was fabulous!! Very international cuisine with lots of choices, and excellent service. Nice restaurants in the hotel, plus a bar area by the pools. The swimming pool is one of a kind the way it was laid out. There’s also an infinity pool on the front side of the hotel which also has a bar area and lots of sitting areas if fancy a meal. I highly recommend it.

As new large 4 star hotel. Great beach club overlooking the beach with 1/2 price happy hour 6-8pm. Don’t expect 5 stars, just very good 4 stars.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Our favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet where they had a great selection of foods from around the world. We would 100% recommend the stay.

Restaurant service is one pf the bests! Breakfast, dinner wise range of options & delicious! Pool sunset view is a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. I typically avoid Sheratons when I travel as they are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. This hotel was impeccable in all aspects cleanliness, maid service, food ( breakfast buffet ). But one experience stands out beyond everything. The service I received especially from "Peaches" . I had lost a compression sock, during my stay, that I need when I fly and I only brought one pair. I asked if anyone had turned into lost and found. She took ownership and kept me informed. Then she actually offered to go find me a pair on her personal time, they were difficult to find and she went to multiple places over a two morning prior to her job. Peaches did not want to accept a tip from me and I had to push the issue. I travel in my career and have the privilege of staying at some of the best hotels. In my 30+ years of travel I have never met such a dedicated employee and genuinely kind person. I don't have the words!

A beautiful hotel with an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. The rooms are clean & spacious with a good size balcony overlooking the ocean as well. A very good location to everything. The food in the restaurant has specials every night & the breakfast buffet is amazing with omelettes made to order,fresh baked croissants fresh fruit & the best lattes. The service staff is very well trained always greeting you by name with a BIG SMILE.My cleaning lady even showed me how she makes the elephants out of towels that she places on the bed each day. I certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great affordable Marriott Bonvoy Hotel directly by the beach.
You’ll need transportation at night to get to Bangla Road, as this hotel is not in walking distance anymore.
The breakfast had a lot of food options and the staff (especially Peach) look well after their guests.

Great staff welcoming since arrival. They tried hard to upgrade us as elite members but they couldn't as the hotel was full during Xmas season. They gave us 20% discount on all beverages and food instead. A special cake for our 1 year old daughter was presented to us to celebrate the 1st birthday!
A huge pool and another one looking at the street. The kids liked the kids club where they had various activities.
We forgot a few things in the room but after we contacted the concierge, Jiji sent us right away what we forgot to our next hotel in Bangkok! Very much appreciated.
Breakfast was great! You will have all the choices you need from western to Indian to local. They had a machine where you can prepare your own juice.

Patong is the most hectic part of Phuket and I had never stayed in this area but Four Points Sheraton was just on the edge of crazy town so it had peace and madness all within reach. The hotel has a resort vibe and feels brand new. The rooms are very nice and the pool is very cool. The other thing I was very impressed by was the food. Especially breakfast. I’ll leave a separate review for that. Highly recommend this hotel / resort. Also it’s an amazing value! Like a 5-star for 3-star prices.

What an experience! From check in to check out! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I really enjoyed my Muay Thai class with Sao. Highly recommend! You won’t regret a class with or staying at this location. The beach literally outside the resort and a pool overlooking the beach front.

The quality of the hotel services was high! All employees were nice and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel pools were extraordinary, especially the infinity one looking to the beach. The restaurants were amazing, the breakfast was diverse and delicious! The room was comfortable.

Where to begin.
It was the perfect vacation. We asked for a quiet room. We got a quiet room even though the hotel was fully booked at times during our 2 week stay. The rooms are very nice. Most of them have no balcony which makes drying your clothes - either from swimming or the high humidity - kinda hart. But they have a clothesline in the shower so you can at least dry your clothes there. Mini fridge for all your things that need some cooling is in the room. Ice is supplied at no charge. You just need to call reception for it. The beds were wonderful. The linen exceptional. Air conditioning super quiet. TV big with tons of stations, movies and something for everyone.
But for us the real showstopper was breakfast. Never have I ever seen such a great selection. The staff was just wonderful and super friendly. Gift and Don our servers made everyday a celebration. Even if breakfast was busy at time, the waiters take you orders for drinks and will get you all the coffee specialties hot and cold that you desire. If it’s super busy just try the breakfast at Sears and Co right on the road/beach. Same selection. Just less people. All in all it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks again everyone at Four Points.

Very nice 5 star hotel of the Marriott group. Very good location close to the busy Patong parties. Room clean as you would expect it from a 5 star hotel. Great staff with very good English language skills. Thanks to Thanya at the reception for the nice talk and hints. Only thing to complain is the non existing marking to the elevator. Thanks to another guest who explained the way to the lift.
