The rooms were quite spacious, all necessary amenities were provided, the room service and housekeeping were great. The location is quite close to bangla walking street, so plenty of great street food options around. Overall it's quite a decent place to stay

Very spacious and clean rooms. The stuff was amazing. The hospitality is very good! They are all so friendly. We felt very lucky to stay there because every time we walk out, all the stuff was greeting us with a warm smile. They are so helpful with everything. We stayed there for 1 months and we are looking forward to go again!

It was a nice place with luxury vibes, clean friendly environment. We enjoyed the pool and spa but it also has gym and other services.
While food was good but nearby market was amazing and so easily accessible.

Good location, market is just outside the lane. Beach is 800m from the hotel. We got it book d from our travel partner and got a superior room which is big and has all the basic things. Pool is big enough. Staffs are professional, nice and polite

Only stayed one night in this hotel. Room was big, clean and offered plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful in ever regard. The pool area is small and only offers a limited amount of space. There are bars and restaurants close by. It's a more quiet area of patong. The party area is about 20min by foot away.

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first stay! Beautiful flowers spelt out "welcome back" on our bed on arrival - so lovely! All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make each guest feel special. It was lovely to see Beam's smiling face again in food & beverage - number 1 employee! Breakfast is always terrific too 😋

Perfect location, just 5-6 minutes walk from Patong beach and 10 minutes walk from Bangla road. So many restaurant, 7-11 etc are in the vicinity.

Rooms are very spacious, breakfast buffet is amazing, pool and gym facility are great.

My luggage lock got stuck due to password issue and with the help of engineering from the hotel it got open.

We stayed here for 5 days and felt everything was so good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was really good. Service too was good. Nearby to lot of Indian eat-out places too.

Amazing hotel to be at, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast was filled with options and the staff are very warm and welcoming and always ready to help, Panaya and the rest of the staff members really made my stay memorable.

Do not expect anything amazingly Indian in BB, you are not in India.
Restaurant prices not so expensive.

Convenient to stay here. Less than 5 min walk to Bangla Road and go to the beach approx 7 minutes. Everything is central. Rooms have always been clean and tidy. Air con is great. Staff for friendly and helpful.

I particularly appreciated the in-room coffee maker, which allowed me to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning, and the complimentary Wi-Fi that kept me connected throughout my stay.

It’s very close to market area and beach is very close (almost 10mins walk). They need to improve food quality rest is fine. Also if someone asks for making calls, please allow and bill it to the room.
