Patong Resort

Our best stay in Thailand. The rooms were great and included all amenities. The service was also nice and prompt. The best part is the location of the resort. It has a road which has direct access to Patong beach which makes the walk to the beach of just 2 mins. The breakfast was very good even for vegetarians. Totally worth the money paid.

Some of the amenities are completely wrong.
The facility is smoke free, and infact there is a 5k baht fine if you would smoke. The receptionists get confused if you speak English too good, so I advise you to speak like you are a beginner in English. Although, the hotel is pretty strict on losing stuff. The food is awesome. I, with my family just paid for breakfast, and there is A LOT of tasty food. And it's unattended access! You can get your food without assistance from anyone. The pools are pretty cool. There is 2 pools - one with depth up to 1.0 - 2.8 meters, and the second one has a slide. Looks, from the side - shallow. I didn't visit it yet, so I assume it.
Most locations are partnered with someone else near the hotel.
The resort's layout can be confusing - some places look identical to others. There is two buildings, for some reason, one is reception & food, the other one is the rooms building.
The hotel's walk areas are pretty cute at evening - flowers are blooming and smell pretty good. There is also a fish pool, for all the fish lovers.

Patong Resort is very near to the beach and Bangla street. The location is perfect. The rooms are also very spacious,breakfast spread is amazing and the facilities are great. We had an relaxing stay and staff was very cooperative.It is a kid friendly resort. Request to visitors would be to cross check with the list of items provided in the room during check in and report to reception if anything missing.

Property: the whole property has amazing facilities which are well maintained. It is spread in the big area and is very peaceful. Everything is at a walkable distance from here and there are shops and tour booking centers in the compound itself
Cost: not very costly. A decent stay

Great location, rooms are a bit dated (at least the ones by the main pool are). Can't be the location as you are right in the action for Bangla road.

Service a bit like the rooms (they keep running out of towels at the pool for example).

Perfect spot for a group of mates to want to do a lads trip

Probably one of the best and a reasonable resort out there in phuket. Near to Patong beach and Bangla street, this hotel is at one of the best locations you can think of. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of vegetarian options as well. There is a sense of zeal in the staff and the rooms are absolutely amazing and exactly what we see in the pictures.
The checkin/checkout processes are smooth.

The hotel is dated but still functioning well, and it’s the only con I could come up with. For pros:
Best location at Patong. This hotel locates at the heart of Patong, and it has three gates, each leads to Bangla Rd, Patong beach and Junceylon mall, all within walking distance. We didn’t take any taxi for all activities within Patong.
Huge campus, it has two residential areas with two pools, so ensuring quiet stay even at the center of Patong.
Unbeatable price. Only ~$100 for the Christmas-New Year weeks while Holiday Inn is above $200 and Four Points is $300+, Crazy Patong Phuket…
The breakfast was good too. Plenty of varieties spanning western, Thai, Chinese and vegetarian station.
It should be one of the best choices at Patong if you want to enjoy the lively life at Patong while desiring a quiet, convenient and quality place to sleep.

Really liked the 5 Star service provided by them.
Bangla Street is walking from the internal road of the property. Pool was very very big.

My wife & I stayed for 8 weeks ( July / August ). Great Resort, staff excellent, cleaners hard workers. Front office staff are great.
Definitely will be back.

The resort is in prime place. Beach, Bangla Street are so near to this resort. So many restaurants of different cusines are available nearby .We are glad that we chose this place to stay.

Heloo every body, Patong resort is very very good resort and its services is so good and excellent...i am happy from it's good service,food and behaviour of hotels's staff...its very near to bangla street, restaurant and shopping market as well...i give 100 star to this resort...before; i did not stay this type of any resort in past.....i was very happy by staying this reasort...

Direct access to Bangla Night market and other 2 roads.

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Phuket and our experience was really good. The location of this resort is perfect, right next to beach and Bangla road, which gives you easy access to things that you want to do very easily. You can walk to all the happening spots around.

The hotel facilities are good and they cleaned our room every single day with quality during our stay. The bell boy and the receptionist were polite and humble. They also gave us complimentary room upgrade for our 3 night stay.

I expected the room to be a little elevated but it was nice regardless, lot of mosquitoes that's gonna be a big issue if you don't get a second floor room you won't like the experience. Service and accomodation facilties were very nice. It's a bit of an old hotel but for the price it is a great offering.

The hotel was great with access to the pool. Very close to the Bengla Street and very vibrant.

Very nice place to stay with family or alone. Good services. Close to beach, shopping area and entertainment. Restaurants of all cousins are in walking distance.

GOOD STAFF COOPERATIVE AND FAST SERVICE.

From the time I arrived till the time I left the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb but hey you're not on holiday to stay in your room. Hotel is walking distance to beach and easy access to Bangla Street. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Great relaxing by the pool with bar open all day. I'll be back. Great place to stay. kop khun krap

I really enjoyed my stay here. It may be a little dated, as other reviews have pointed out, but he price I paid was very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and it was very nice to relax near the pool. It is also in a very central location and you can access the beach via an alley. There is also a 7-11 out the front of the main entrance which I found to be very convenient. Highly recommend.
