Rosewood Phuket

I asked for a secluded, amongst nature resort and that’s what I got. This place was absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny. The amazing service and attention to detail were above an beyond. Couldn’t have been happier. Would love to come back.

A flawless stay from start to finish. The service cannot be faulted, with fantastic communication (via the whatsapp chat) and staff that go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. We came as a family with a little one and she loved the shallow pool, exquisite beach and a kids club to rival all others. Us adults loved the water sport toys, ease of moving about with the golf karts, high tech room features and stunning surrounds. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the dinner at Ta Khai also one to remember. This was the best stay we've ever had at a resort and unfortunately for our wallets, we can't wait to come back!

You will not be disappointed! This was our first trip to Phuket and we lucked out. The staff is amazing, very nice property, very clean, the rooms are spacious with a very private pool and patio, the community pool is beautiful and it’s adjacent to the beach. Definitely get breakfast at Red Sauce, amazing food, coffee, and health drinks. We met Chef Luca and he was very nice, he gave us a tour of the kitchen. Sign up for a yoga class with Nancy. She is a very good instructor! Before lunch get some beach equipment (free) and go for a kayak or paddle board. Just watch out for the jellies! The hotel is located close to Patong beach (5 min taxi) and we enjoyed the Patong night market. Overall amazing stay.

Amazing, high-end resort that's perfect for families. A true 5-star experience!

This is by far the best resort I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in many trust me! I'm just so blown away by their level of service, attention to details and care. I brought my toddler with me and needed amenities to suit her needs. Rosewood has definitely exceeded my expectations in this regard with high quality crib, high chair, extensive menu, and an amazing kids club! The kids pool is so big that it entertained my little one really well. In addition, we hired a nanny from the kids club and Khun Julia really exceeded my expectations. She sent me photos of my child regularly and this made me feel so safe to leave her at the kids club and with Khun Julia. I cannot recommend this resort enough and I wish to keep it a secret but this won't do the team justice. They deserve everything and more!

What a way to end a fun but hectic holiday. The Rosewood was more than I could’ve hoped for. All the staff were helpful, kind and warm but my stay was elevated by the amazing Aum. He rolled out the red carpet for me and I am beyond grateful for his attention to detail and attentiveness. So a very special thank you to him especially. Beautiful hotel, rooms, service, food and location. I will be recommending to all my client’s and hope to be back again one day.

The service at the hotel is exceptional and the staff are trained to provide five star service. The food at the Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant were beyond expectation and in fact the Bucatini all'Amatriciana was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten—that is saying a lot because I have travelled through Italy extensively.
I can only speak to the villa that we stayed in but it was remarkably unique and struck the perfect balance between comfort and serenity.
My wife had a massage treatment and said that it was one of the best experiences and that the spa facilities were second to none.
We only wish we could have stayed longer.
When we return to Phuket this hotel will be the only place we stay.

Absolutely incredible kids club, on top of everything else, but it’s the kids club that deserves the biggest shout-out: beautiful space with such friendly staff and amazing programming. Literally a different arts&crafts project or activity every hour of the day. Our 3 and 5-year-old had the best time. The rest of the property is also spectacular, with amazing food at all of the restaurants and impeccable service.

Stayed 4 nights at the beachfront pool villa. It’s 3000+ sq feet with the living room in a separate structure from the bedroom. Highly recommend this option as it’s just a little more expensive than the garden/ocean view villas, but you get a much more comfortable space for lounging/chilling.

Location is fantastic. It's 10mins away from that crazy Patong Beach but this place is absolutely peaceful and gorgeous. Staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Facility is just so great. Again the rooms ate so beautiful. Nothing to complain.

Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

We’ve been to Phuket a few times but this was without a doubt the best hotel we’ve stayed at.
Our room was a Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion for 3 nights and we couldn’t be happier with it.
Breakfast had a lot of variety with a superb quality, the team was really nice and always with a smile to welcome us. We loved the amenities that they provided during the whole stay for free (snacks by the main pool, drinks in our villa, etc).
The lobby area is one of the most aesthetically pleasing we’ve ever seen, absolutely gorgeous 😍
The main pool area is equally beautiful and just a few steps away from the beach, what else you could ask for right?
We also tried the Thai restaurant during our stay and the food was one of the best we had in Thailand, so so yummy 😋 highly recommend you to try the Tom Yum Soup and the Pad Thai.

This place is in top quality and provide an experience that you will not forget. All the rooms are with individual pools and the common pool area is just amazing with an view out to the beach. The hotel has thought about everything and extremely kids friendly without having the feeling there is kids everywhere. The kids club is just amazing, our kids loved to go there and there was provided new creative activities each day. The food is also very nice here with both traditional Thai dishes and an Italian kitchen. The Spa is a must experience item when you are here.

This is hands down one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at.
The room was crisp and beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable and the linen just felt luxurious. Everything inside the room seemed to have been carefully thought of.
Service was amazing. The staff time and again went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. This was true from the lobby to the pool, beach sports huts and restaurants. They are genuinely kind and helpful. The service includes lots of little details that put a smile on your face: fresh complimentary fruit and pastries delivered daily to your room, the buggy service to take you anywhere around the resort, staff members ready to refill your drinks and offer you fruit by the pool.
The location of the resort itself is great for people that want a secluded and relaxing spot, those who are not fans of loud and busting environments (like Patong itself) but that want to experience the natural beauty of the island.
This was our first time staying at a Rosewood property, and we cannot wait for the next one!

I'm not even sure where to begin with this review of Rosewood. This was such an incredibly special experience for us, and is a memory we will remember and cherish forever. The rooms are perfectly designed and very fun to spend time in. The hotel pool area is very relaxing, and is a few meters away from the ocean. Usually when we travel we want to experience the local area, but this is the destination. We never wanted to leave the resort because it was such a great place to be. We loved it here, can't wait to return!

Tea time at Rosewood's is always perfect, we used to go to rosewood in Guangzhou China and now in Phuket, Thailand. High quality food and service and great atmosphere 🙏

Probably some of the best food we ever had. Both Italian and Thai restaurants are beyond great. Service beyond 5 star, the people are attentive to every detail and happy always. Rooms are very well thought out and spacious, designer did an amazing job from every detail and layout of the interior to exterior. The beach is great and situated just a 5 min drive from town. Can't say a single bad thing

We are utterly in love with the wonderous Rosewood Phuket. Each time we have visited it just gets better. Impeccable, understated and such deeply personal service. A team of staff that feels like family - unrivalled.

Our stay was perfect. We only stayed for a few days but we really enjoyed every single moment. Every corner of the resort has a crazy view of the ocean, you can breathe calm and tranquility. The staff is always ready to help, friendly and very kind. Crazy room with beach view…. A dream! The attention to detail and cleanliness left us speechless.
The breakfast has always been amazing with a huge choice on the menu. We tried both the Italian and Thai restaurants. It was hard to choose where to eat, as both were fantastic!

We stayed for 4 night, with two kids (2,3).
Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and restaurants were outstanding. The kids club was well equipped and staff was caring and welcoming. The pool has a vast shallow area which is great for kids. The Thai restaurant is a must.

A lovey relaxing stay. This is a charming hill resort with many frog filled ponds covered with lilly pads making gentle background music.The Rosewood staff are all friendly and nice. You are made to feel very welcome as everyone has a smile.
The villas are super comfortable. The food at the different areas is all top quality and freshly prepared. Breakfast is a treat with all sorts of little added extras every day. We stayed for a week and there was plenty we still wanted to try.
