Amari Phuket

From the arrival to the departure of this villa style hotel did demonstrate excellence in customer service with friendly and helpful staff. The food is exceptionally executed, contemporary and attractively presented. The daily impeccable buffet breakfast has also a vast range of choices, including special dietary and culture requirements. The Hotel is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and looked after. The apartment we had was modern with view over the beach. The only minus is the villas are situated on a hill. Thus transport is needed and is also provided by the hotel on demand. However, this is a small disadvantage in comparison what this great establishment has to offer. Highly recommended.

We had a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for family with 2 big kids. Comfortable beds, big common area for dinning, room service available, daily housekeeping services, minibar and snacks available. Great views! Just that there are lots of steps and you need a buggy to get around or do lots of exercise..

We stayed here on Honeymoon - they decorated our room for our arrival, this made it extra special. All the staff were great and it's in a great location too. The views are beautiful. We would recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We would stay again 😊

We were due to stay in the ocean front room in I think block 12. These rooms were far too small so with the help of Apple on the reception desk we managed to upgrade to the club house level. Absolutely outstanding rooms and service in the club house itself. Make sure you visit the happy hour every day at 17.30. Bau Bau and his team were faultless throughout our 10 night stay. Our first time in Thailand and we were not disappointed.

We didn’t stay here but we did come for the afternoon tea and had a good time. You check in at the lobby of the hotel and the staff will call a buggy to come pick you up and drive you to the tree pods. You arrive to your own tree pod which is in a serene secluded area and someone is already there to greet you. The table is all ready for you when you arrive. It was already a great experience!

The treepods itself are so unique and it was nice that there weren’t many bugs or mosquitoes to ruin the experience. The tea and food itself were not bad but could be better.

This is an amazing resort that is massive. Right on the beach and yet so quiet from the busy Patong district. The breakfast is great with lots of different options as we sat all days right on the beach during breakfast at Rim Talay. They have cart service to take you to your room. The service is definitely 5 star.

Beautiful resort, fabulous views. However... Rooms were small, bathrooms VERY small, Everything was clean. The location is NOT on a sandy beach. It is on a rocky area adjacent to the beach. You can go into the water, but ever so carefully, with water shoes. You can go snorkeling right off the resort. The hotel is on a cliff, so it is a difficult walk to the beach area. Breakfast was AMAZING... would definitely go again.

Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff.
It’s set on a hillside so you have to call reception to call for a tuktuk to move around the complex, but they’re really efficient.
Food was good and plenty of sun loungers around the pools. Would love to go again.

Great hotel, far enough from Patong beach but close enough to walk to streets for food. Only negative was that to get to the rooms, required a buggy as hilly location.

Amazing resort a few minutes away from Patong Beach. Large spacious rooms, excellent dining options, nice pools and top notch staff. Beautiful views too!

World class service from arrival to departure from the friendly, well trained, highly motivated staff. My wife and I had a lovely room with a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and Andaman Sea. Breakfast offers a fantastic range of dishes to suit the tastes of visitors from around the world. Only a short 10 minutes walk into the town of Patong. The hotel provides a free shuttle service into town 3 times a day or take a taxi or tuc tuc for around 200/300 bhat (exchange rate 45 bhat = £1 February 2024).

The best hotel staff. Special thanks to Khun Nok for arranging a downgrade for us from one bedroom to a twin bed deluxe beachfront since we wanted twin beds. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Every staff were kind and helpful. The best 4 stars hotel in Phuket. The staff provided The Thai friendliness and hospitality that every tourist around the world travels to Thailand for. Keep it up. Location is close to everything. Beachfront is beautiful. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was very helpful.

Our stay at Amari Phuket was superb! The ocean suite with two bedrooms was spacious and offered breathtaking views. The hotel's location near Patong market was convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the kids loved the PlayStation in the kids club. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of high-quality options. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly amenities. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Phuket.

We were literally on the beach and right in the centre. The hotel is gorgeous and unique. It feels really green and argh I wouldn't change anything! I'm so sad to leave. The staff were great too!

Amazing resort hotel and very convenient to Patong shops. A bonus is the climb up the hill to get back to the hotel after a sumptuous meal at Patong restaurants. The Indian fare, especially dosa is fantastic , especially when prepared by Mr Rock. Highly recommended and I would stay there again the next time in Phuket !

We really enjoy our stay here, all the staff from front desk, valets, cleaning crew, restaurants staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food is also great, the facilities are great. See you next year

We stayed in ocean wing area and Club House was superb. Breakfast, pool and happy hour was incredible. I enjoyed drinking sparkling wine/red wine during happy hour so muchhhh.

My room is located uphill thus walking distance to lobby and main gate. However, Buggy service was also available 24/7 and they were very fast. I called and within 2 minutes they were just right in front of my room. This is impressed!

The staff was friendly especially Jibcy, Kanya and Mam at front desk. I will difinitely come back next time!
