My family was having a blast during our Chiang Mai trip. Thanks to Travel Hub for the nice arrangement. We enjoyed the trip very much. Miss Kwan was our tour guide. She is nice, polite, polite and show caring to the old folk in our family. We really enjoyed the lunch arrangement by Travel Hub. Drivers were good and polite. I would definitely recommend Travel Hub to my friends.

Just an exceptional time, did a 2 day jungle trek without any elephant engagement (for obvious reasons if you google it) and they were just the best hosts. Good people and good experience. My girlfriend was feeling ill, and the guide went as far was giving her a back massage to try and sooth her

Doi Inthanon and Buffalo Market day trip. We had a lovely day with Nana as our tour leader. The van was on time, air conditioned, and comfortable. Nana was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. She could answer our questions not only about the sights about about life in Thailand--what people eat, how she gets to work (15 minute commute by motorbike), and all sorts of other details. She was friendly and knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. She knew the details of the sites we visited. Everything was well organized and a fair value. We will use this tour company again on our stay in Chiang Mai.

Great tour, got free water, took us to all the great spots and also the highest point of Thailand. Nice air coned vehicle. Good service. We are travelling on a budget and got a full day tour with food for 1200 Baht PP, which is great

An amazing day with Travel Hub Highlights of Bangkok tour. We were met at our cruise ship by our guide Mr Pun and Allan our driver and taken to the Grand Palace and temples, with a boat ride on the canals and a delicious lunch included. Such charming young men who were very attentive and knowledgeable. Would recommend this trip to anyone. Worth five stars.

On the 13th Dec 2016 we had a tour around Bangkok with travel hub tours .the Guide (mam)was brilliant .she is a great credit to your company. If your thinking going there ,book with them with no worries . We had a great time it was sad to finish the tour. We paid about £88 each with a boat trip .air con mini van and with lunch. Again thank you mam for such a brilliant day

We recently took a tour with Travel Hub Tours whilst on a 2 week holiday across Northern Thailand and Laos. This tour was by far the most memorable and best experience of the trip and personally one of the best in my life. With Daru as our guide the adventure, interest and insight provided was always high. Our tour was only 3 days however we wish we had booked longer. If you want adventure, real insight into a Thai hill tribe's lifestyle and day to day, learn about how to live and survive in the jungle, the importance of bamboo and have the most intimate elephant experience, then this is the tour for you. Highly Recommend!

I'm glad we engaged the service by Travel Hub. We booked a 3-day Chiang Mai & Chiang Rai tour with airport transfer for a group of 10, and everyone in the group enjoyed themselves. From the back-end staff to the guide and driver, everyone was very friendly and professional. Communication was quick and easy. Never once did we experience any uncertainty. The tour was well-organised, with all the necessary information and travel tips given to us before the trip so that we could be well-prepared. 7 days private tour from Bangkok to Chiang Mai + 3 Days Trekking
It was a pleasure dealing with Travel Hub. From the first day we contacted them via email where they always responded very quickly to our inquiries. They took the deposit on credit card but had to pay the balance by cash to avoid a 4% surcharge. We were a bit worried about that since it was a lot of money but have to say that they handled everything very professionally. We built our own customized 7 day tour visiting Bangkok, train market, floating market in Damnoen Saduak , Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, Khao Yai , Sukhothai and Chiang Mai. Many beautiful temples along the way. The entire tour was within a confortable air conditioned van, our private driver that was always making sure that we were refreshed with cold water and fresh towels and of course, our wonderful guide, Miss June. She was so nice sharing her knowledge and always bringing us local food to try. I would strongly recommend Travel hub to anyone wanting a private tour within Thailand. Then we took a small group join in TREK # TR3006. It was an experience of a lifetime! So interesting getting to know and live as the tribes of North Thailand. I also recommend that specific TREK (including elephant care and bamboo rafting) and hope you get Pooh as a guide!

Day tour from cruise ship port. Bangkok Highlights. What a fab day our Guide Poy was wonderful looked after us all as there were Six adults. Our driver Noy was were careful and we felt totally safe. His mini bus was very comfortable fully air conditioning. Lunch was included and that was one of our best meals off the ship. Do not hesitate to use this company I would definitely use them again and give the a 5 Star rating!!

Travel Hub got us on the Elephant Nature Park program after we were informed that they were fully booked! We had been planning a trip to Thailand for a long time and The Elephant Nature Park was one of our top priorities while we were in Chiang Mai as we heard that this is by far the best elephant care program in Thailand. Anyway we contacted ENP and are told by their staff that they were fully booked for the next 3 weeks! We saw that Travel Hub were offering ENP bookings on their website so we thought we would give them a try and were surprised when we received an email confirming that the booking had been made!!! we spent a very fulfilling day with the elephants in Chiang Mai and it is an experience which we will always remember.

Attentive staff. I booked two tours while visiting Chiang Mai and the tours where as described; one even exceeded my expectations (Elephant Safari). As a first-time solo traveler in Asia, Travel Hub helped simplify my activities. I was skeptical at first but the followed through. They even alerted me of one last-minute change for my hotel pick-up time. Their prices were competitive and I'll book through them again.

Last minute online booking whilst in Chiang Mai to check out a few tours, was recommended from a friend to book via Travel Hub and I really enjoyed my 1 day trip. Did the Karen Long Neck and Chiang Rai Tour - 1550 baht, provided bottled water and lunch, also did the mekong boat river tour. This part of Thailand is amazing, karen long neck tribe was so humbling and one of the highlight of the tour to see how traditions and culture are still strong in this day and age. Ill have to do the elephant sanctuary tour next time, Chiang Mai is an anazing place, one of my favs in Thailand.

I am sorry that my review is looooonnng over due but I'd like everyone to know that Travel Hub Chiang Mai is one of the best tour coordinators I've ever dealt with. I got the chance to do transaction with Pichit (I'm not sure if he still works there) but I had a great time here!

Very good experience. I had Manu Tom as my tour guide in Chiang Mai, and loved it.

He explained a lot about the area, was mindful to check in our preferences, and made adjustments on the fly as needed.

Would definitely book with these guys again in Thailand the next time I'm out there.

I had a pleasant private tour set up through TravelHub at ChiangMai. Our tour coordinator at the time was Tack and Tack was very helpful and polite. Our tour guide was Miss Kwan and she's very pleasant, punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. Their quote for a private tour was also very reasonable compared to another tour company I obtained a quote from. I would go with this company again next time I'm in Thailand. Highly recommend.

We wanted to do a one day elephant care/interaction programme. and saw that this agency was offering a special price on their board out side their office. This agency offers nearly all the elephant care programs in Chiang Mai. In the end we choose a one day program operated by Tum Travel which also included white water rafting, bamboo rafting and a trek to a waterfall. This was a throughly enjoyable trip and will be leaving a review for this company shortly, but just left the review for Travel Hub as they were especially helpful in helping us choose a good company which suited our interests. after the trip we booked bus to Pai and then on to Chiang Rai. Would recommend their service.

After having a poor experience with another outfit, I owed these folks a great review. I found Travel Hub Tours exceptional. I did a two day one night trek and homestay in one of hill tribes. It was real experience, guide was great. A little cookie cutter with the elephant ride and bamboo rafting but for the money a great deal.
