Everyone is so nice and friendly. Not to mention the quality of there work is hard to beat and the prices very reasonable. Truly a world class office, I have had work done all over including some of the best dentist in America and my dentist here in Chiang Mai are truly a step above.Thank You All at Kitcha and have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Great place !!! Kitcha dentist. I was treated 3 years ago. Implant tree permanent teeth and then returning home to the United States. I have to say that the doctors and nurses are very good and the place is very clean. It's time for me to come back to Thailand to meet and check again. It's a great place, both the dentists and personnel.

This was a lovely dental clinic. Back home in the US, when you make an appointment to see your dentist, the dentist is nearly always late. At this dentist, the dentist was always punctual.

They spent great care when dealing with my case. I had two old crowns and one had fallen out a year ago. I just wanted to replace the two crowns and go on with my life.

Back home, my new American dentist wanted me to do 6 crowns which would have been over $5000 out of pocket and claimed it was so I would have the best results. I don’t know if they thought I was Beyoncé but I don’t have that kind of money to throw away when it’s really not needed.

The dental work here at Kitcha was extremely well done for a fraction of the price. The dentist and dental staff were all very professional and kind. My two crowns came out lovely! I would recommend this place to any one who is running away from the American Dental Hawks who want to put a hole in your pocket for minimal work.

5 star work done at a great price! I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely fantastic, very professional and very transparent on your options. I have been to many dentists all over the world and this practice is up there. The ladies on reception were cordial and friendly. Highly recommended!!!! 😁

Came for a toothache i've had for the last week on my trip. The staff were extremely proffesional and friendly, and I was in and out from my checkup within two hours of making it. Also, the dentist was very well spoken in english which helped me out as a farang.

Excellent service, willing to work my schedule, and they have an excellent, professional staff. Very modern operation too.

Chipped my tooth and was super desperate to fix it asap. Had a friend recommend this dentist to me and they managed to fit me in the same day and did such a good job at fixing my tooth! Beautiful customer service and amazing dental care!!!

The staff and dentists were the most kind and caring. The office is very modern and relaxing. The dental materials provided were non-toxic and the equipment was up-to-date. And last (but not least!) the dentist gave the anesthetic injection slowly, so there was no pain!

I've come from England to get my teeth done.
I had bad gum disease, wonky, gappy , stained teeth.
I had ;
Deep cleaning 2hr
Gum surgery on 2 gums (in order to
carry out periodontal work due to gum
disease) 1hr
Whitening (zoom 1.5 hrs + home
whitening including custom mold) 1.5 hr
Preparation for new teeth and temporary teeth + mold
6 vaneers , 4 crowns (the best ceramic available) 8 hrs
Custom moulded Mouth guard incase I grind my teeth at night.
I would estimate I had 13hrs treatment altogether.

Projected lifetime of teeth 10 years providing I look after them well. (We will see)

Firstly the price = £4,478

Might sound alot but it was honestly the best dental practice I have ever been to.

1. I was treated like royalty
2. Every part of the process was explained in depth.
3. All the staff were extremely professional and explained things as I went along.
4. Dr Pawat the lead Dentist 🦷 carried out the work with a real sense of pride. He really took it personally.
5. I must also mention the periodontal practitioner who was first class. Unfortunately I didn't get their name. But it was all carried out swifter and caused less pain than I'd had done privately in UK. And cheaper!
6. I've never had such painless treatment.

Overall Excellent service backed up by real class treatment. If I'm ever back here I will come here again.

Operate by very experience Dentist. Speak English too. Many Thai, expat, tourist customer.
Done a very good job on my tooth. Made a bridge on lower front and premium denture on lower right, regular maintenance too.
Done a much much better job then my home dental. So home dental are off my list now.
Specialist for tooth also available, on appointment only.
Very easy to get here. From Chiang Mai gate market place, directly across the street from 711 store. You can't miss their big sign board.

Received a dental implant and found staff professional, and my dentist’s English excellent. Foreign customers should just make sure to understand all prices beforehand, because many of the prices on posters are advertising just the price of a crown, and not the full procedure. I would recommend kitcha to anyone coming to Chiang mai in need of dental work.

I visited chiang Mai to see my dad from the UK. Came across kitcha dental clinic and went with them based on the good reviews plus they do non adrenaline based injections which I have in the UK. I had a crown done and also my father went in to check his implants and clean them. My dad has dementia /Parkinson was very anxious and struggling due to his symptoms . Dr pawak was amazing so patient with my dad, adaptable to support my dad , talked though both procedures so it was clear and I didn't feel discomfort or pain . Would highly recommend this clinic

My wife and I (both from New Zealand) came to Chiang Mai 4 weeks ago. While we were here we decided to get some much needed dental work done.
Xrays, 7 fillings and 1 replacement crown later and we couldn’t be more happy. The service from start to finish with the team at Kitcha is second to none. The dentist is gentle and thorough, speaks good English and the cost was great. The reception staff are friendly and kind. Everywhere is immaculately clean. All in all we want to say that we are thrilled with this dentist.

I had some pretty major dental work done which I felt a bit nervous about initially but my concerns were quickly put to ease. I was impressed by the great facilities and very friendly staff. The doctors/dentists are all very polite, excellent communicators and clearly proficient in their abilities. I felt very comfortable fron the outset and would recommend Kitcha for anyone looking for dental treatment or services in Chiang Mai.

What a wonderful Dental office! I highly recommend it. Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. I have had extensive dental work done over the last two months. ( Crowns, root canal, and maintenance work) Dr Mitcham and Dr. Paul are amazing, super professional and just great people. The office is amazing and the most modern equipment in Chiang Mai. The staff are lovely (narak) from the moment you enter the office. I had a great dentist in Canada but this office managed to even beat that experience. Check them out you won't be disappointed!

The doctor was great today and the staff are doing a great job. Their English language is excellent, which is pretty essential for a Farang getting medical treatment. I especially appreciate the online chat that facilitated getting me in on a specific diagnosis - very fast and very high quality.

I wish I could give Kitcha 6 stars but 5 is the limit. They are the gold standard of dental clinics—not just in Chiang Mai, but worldwide. I’ve had dental procedures performed by top-notch dentists in various western countries around the world. I know dental professionalism and talent. I recently had implant surgery at Kitcha, and other less invasive services. I was so impressed. The dentist (surgeon) and his staff are as good or better than any dental office I’ve been a patient; and the equipment is state of the art. Oh, did I say their prices are VERY reasonable. Come to think of it, maybe 10 stars would be more appropriate LOL. Seriously, Kitcha is AWESOME!

It was very clean and modern inside. The doctor and staff was very frindly and they understood me about my problem. It cost me 200 baht for a stick removal after an extraction. I have to wait 1 hour because I do not have an appointment but inside is very cozy. I am a happy customer.
