January 2024 - Received my order

They didn’t start my order until I inquired on the status in December 2022. Which they hurriedly completed after many delays.

Since receiving my order, it has slowly cracked every day. One year later today, it’s completely cracked from one end to the other. Such a waste and the store is unresponsive. Unhelpful.

They are liars and cheats. They take your money and do not deliver the product. Avoid like the plague. I would like to give them no stars but the minimum I can give them is 1 unfortunately. We are going to the police. They bring reputable Thai companies into disrepute. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. Karma will sort them out.

I ordered a table last October that was delivered with delays and damages. Requested to have it replaced, took more than a month to have the table finally replaced. I wrote a review here was told to take it down in order to have my table replaced and I did so but the new table that was replaced was much worst than the first one. When it arrived I checked the table there were minor scratches which I didn’t mind at all but the next day without having used there were bubbles on the table at first I thought it was water but turns out it’s the lacker that wasn’t dried properly. I’ve again asked to have someone come over to fix the table but they couldn’t even give me a date as to when they can fix the table but instead I was told that the more the table deteriorate the better it is and after that they never responded anymore. what kind of a customer service is this? This is really bad customer service. I would not recommend this shop as they do not respond and have no good intentions to make good with their product! Very bad customer service and bad quality of product!! They are best at taking your money and giving you bad quality product.

Where is all my furniture that I paid everything in July? Just received one door without handles. I need to move this week and the furniture didn't arrive yet. Just few pictures sent....

Cheaters !!!! Be careful of this company !
They ask for money money and never send the product !

Take the money and dont leave the product

ใครที่สั้งของกับเพจนี้ ระวังโดนหลอกนะครับ ทางเราสั้งของไปพร้อมโอนเงินเรียบร้อย แต่กลับไม่ได้รับของและยังเสร็จช้ากว่าที่กำหนด บอกว่าจะโอนเงินที่ทางเรามัดจำไปคืนมา จนตอนนี้ ยังไม่มียอดโอนมาเลยครับ ❗❗
