Giving 5 stars, given the circumstances. For having zero foreign tourists, this shopping outlet is doing its best. It is clean, the bathrooms are amazing, most shops are open, with reasonable prices. Nike outlet is no longer. If you're local and you need to grab a quick gift or pair of shoes without driving to a busy mall, this is a great option

I live in Chiang mai since i was born. It was my first time at here. Many hi-end brand stuffs with cheap price and more than 70% discount stuffs were here too. Too much shopping bags to carry!

This was once super busy on weekends for shopping but covid struck this place really hard and I think most of stores are closing although they have had lots of sales and there are still some places that are there, with deep discounts. I used to buy shoes here regularly I used to buy like Disney stuff for the kids here.

Good, lovely place. Everywhere reduced prices, but very few people visit. Easy to reach from town center, but perhaps a bit to far away. I hope they will survive.......

A heaven for people who has money and a torture place for people who can't afford branded products.

Good place to go for a cheap shopping. Only 15 minute drive from Chiang Mai airport.
A lot of different brand names on discount. The good thing is that if you are western with western size like for example shoes than you dont have to be worried. There will be a lot of your size because people in Thailand just are smaller. Got my self a Jack Wolfskin jacket for 20.- euros ...back in Europe it will cost you atleast 150.- euros.

Very modern American style shopping. Very much on the expensive side but a large variety of brand shops. Eating available but once again at a cost.
