I had root canal and broken tooth extraction about 6 years ago and no problems since.The temporary filling is still perfect so obviously very high quality, more like a permanent filling. Dr Jay is very nice, gentle and professional.I highly recommend him and he displays his prices, very transparent and reasonable. Thank you Dr Jay.

I walked in yesterday to ask about a cleaning. I was seen early morning today. It’s a beautiful practice: clean, bright, spacious. It was just the dentist (Jay) and assisant, who was also receptionist, both of whom were very friendly. I’m happy with the service and happy to walk out again with clean teeth. The dentist was very gentle, maybe too gentle especially when it came to the polishing. But it’s possible that I’m just used to less gentle treatment back home. Thank you Jay for seeing me at such short notice 😊

Payon clinic is always one of the must visit for me and my family every year we travel to Thailand. The clinic has excellent service along with the professional dentist to help to fix our problem. My 2 children has been visiting the clinic since they were 4 and 5 years. Imagine how terrified the kids could have when they visited the dentist clinic but my kids didn’t have that feeling because the dentist here is friendly and know well how to deal with the little kids. Beside the impression I got from fixing and cleaning for my children, I also experienced the yearly check up myself. I guarantee that the dentist is gentle and perfectly clean for me with no pain! My husband who is sweet tooth also did the root canal with most comfort experience along with the friendly advice. The clinic is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai. It's a fantastic place to go to get your teeth cleaned. The dentist is very hygienic and skillful when it comes to examining and suggesting answers. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. Amazing experience, every visit is like seeing good old friends.

Very professional, well, staffed, and excellent services. I had a crown come loose and walked in off the street. They took great care of me. Dr. Jay really knows what he’s doing.

The cleaning of the teeth was ok but not very long and intensive but rather quick and easy. The tooth pockets were not cleaned at all and the polishing was more of a short stroking.

I rather had the feeling that care was taken not to do anything wrong instead of doing it right
