The food was excellent and the service was exceptional, even better than a 5-star hotel. I particularly enjoyed the creativity and presentation of the food, although the breakfast was quite filling that we couldn't finish it.

The room was nice, with a great connection to nature. However, due to its location, it can get quite hot under the sunlight.

Fortunately, we got a room close to the lobby at the top of the hill. If you end up with a room further down, the pathway can be challenging to navigate, especially at night.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.

The No. 11 accommodation was excellent and truly impressive. The mountain view in front and the stars at night made for an incredibly pleasant experience. The highlight was the well-prepared complimentary breakfast. It's hard to believe that a resort would take such care in providing a free breakfast for guests at this level.

The staff was attentive, with everyone displaying good manners and a helpful attitude. They took great care of us during our stay. It's a prideful accommodation for Chiang Mai and Thailand as a whole. Highly recommended!

We spent two weeks in Thailand in multiple locations and this was my favorite stay and possibly favorite experience over all. The accommodation was like none other, I was jumping up and down with joy at the view. The people were so kind and service oriented. The food was wonderful, breakfast was so peaceful and each part had the most beautiful view I have ever seen in my life. The drive there wasn’t bad as they have a recommended shuttle service. This driver was so kind as well. They pick you up from where the shuttle drops you at and about 5 more minutes you are there. The bed was also the most comfortable bed we had during our whole trip (and we stayed at some lovely high quality places). This stay made me question where I live as a whole haha. I was so sad to leave. Getting to your “room” was fine for us (30 and somewhat active), but maybe if you have had knees be weary. Just take your time. I would come here again without a doubt. Thank you North Star Valley!

What a beautiful place with the best staff ever! So friendly and helpful.

I love northern food and here they do it amazingly, so delicious and delicious and delicious 😅 I tried dinner here. And everything we ordered was delicious. But I regret not taking a picture of it.

And breakfast surprised me even more.

I just love this place🩵
Highly recommend!

Spectacular experience. 100% worth it. Arrive early and wake up early so you can watch the sunset and sunrise. Dinner set menu is delicious and breakfast rich. Bring your own alcohol as they do not have. The venue will with pleasure provide you with ice and keep it cool.

There is indeed noise from the air generator but that's the only con. Bring some ear plugs and eye shades in case you are an easy sleeper.

Thank your for the memorable experience.

It's easy to drive and park at the designated lots. Went for the aurora room. There is service from the moment you arrive with a welcome drink. Afternoon tea and dinner was great. The food and the settings were wonderful, very romantic - perfect for my wife and I celebrating our honeymoon in the onsen and sleeping in the cosy glass house. The water pressure was low and not very hot. Insects are about and get caught in the heated pool

Overall a great experience, especially the view and staff makes it an unforgettable stay they are very attentive and kind.
The bubble and beds are ok.
The bathroom is natural so you have to like the style but it could use some maintenance and a sink would be great.
Breakfast was too much maybe ask in advance what we eat so no need to serve all.

I am kinda torn on what rating to provide. The staff service is excellent - no doubt about it. They were super courteous, accommodating and friendly. I feel bad that they have to carry our 20kg luggage uphill and downhill during check-in and check-out. The path to bubble tents are not easy and to carry 20kg luggage on their shoulder is very challenging so I really salute them.
I would give 100 stars to the staff, dinner and breakfast was amazingly good and the beautiful view during breakfast.
Breakfast and dinner was beautifully presented and it taste really good.
The staff who had been responding to my questions in FB is very patient. Thank you so much!!
As for my rating on the bubble tent, that would be 2 stars. It was difficult to manage our luggage in the bubble tent "tunnel" and the open air bathroom seriously needs maintenance and clean up. There were spider webs and moss everywhere. Most part of the bathroom bamboo floor and wall were slimy and slippery. Toilet is often wet and invaded with insects. With 8990 baht per night, we are expecting better bathroom.
Also, guests are required to pay full amount with foreign bank transfer which was a big hassle for us.

Service staff was awesome! Remember not to drive up. There will be a pick up that fetch you up. It's very steep and there's no parking available.

Try not go go down too early as the bubble is pretty hot.

Arrived around 3.30pm, chill at their cafe on top. Took some sunset photos.

Toilets were alright. Very near to nature. If you want to use the bath tub, be prepared that the water takes around 30 mins to fill up the bath tub.

We turn on the tap and went for breakfast. Came back, the tub was half filled.

Overall it was an awesome stay.

We went there in April which is the hot summer. At first we thought that we would not be able to sleep at night. But the weather during the night was not as hot as expected. Staffs are nice! You should not bring a large suitcase here because you have to walk down the hill to get to the room. Which is not so convenient to carry heavy bags. As for food and decoration, let pictures tells the story. I still miss the taste of foods there.

It's just magnificent! The view is gorgeous. Food really exceeded expectation of such small resort out of nowhere. Most of the dishes are served in English porcelain with local flowers and vegetables. Staff really created impressive customer experience. The bubble gives you one of a lifetime moon bath experience. Just prepare yourself well fit to walk up the hill for breakfast and dinner. Otherwise get the biggest room. It's got a private dining table.

Very different place to stay if ever you want to sleep under the stars without the mosquitoes it's not camping but it's not your four wall hotel. With only nine air conditioned domes on a peaceful hillside it is a very unique and romantic place to stay.
