We needed a place to stay after a late flight (and before making our way to other spots on the island). The lady that runs the place is amazing! She picked us up from the airport, we had breakfast in the morning at the hotel, and she called us a cab to head to the south of Phuket. Would recommend to anyone needing a spot by the airport for a night!

Have stayed here twice when taking my flight to Europe , there is a shuttle bus bringing you to the airport which is just 500 meters distance but with all the luggages it is indeed a plus. The premises offers also car parking under fees and the rooms are clean and neat . Recommended and will get back surely whenver i need to use Phuket Airport .

Clean and nice room with balcony. We didn’t hear the airplanes in the room. Restaurants are 10 min walk away and open till midnight.

It was one of the best stay . We had landed at 1 in the night and were looking for stay near the airport and ended up going to David residence. The owner was helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean and nice.

The location is absolutely perfect for people wanting to be closer to airport.

The room is quite okay, wide and very clean and quiet. Very close to the airport and they picked me up at the airport very nice 😊

They give a ride from and to the airport. The room are pretty clean. I recommend for a transit in Phuket. It was perfect if they have an option for breakfast

The place is perfect for what you need: a night stay just before or after your flight.
Rooms are spacious and clean, location is right in front of arrivals (you could actually walk 5/10 mint to reach it, but stuff is so nice and they pick you up or drive you there, for free, just ask).
They also offer car rental in case you need it.
Bar is just in front of reception.
Very good value for money.

David Residence is not just only able booking for room. I been book vehicle from them over a few years they have many type of vehicle for you to rent for. If you are not a experience driver please don't rent such a big MPV to drive in Phuket many small road over there

We showed up 2am desperate for a room, which we were so thankful for that they could accomodate for us. Great service and convinient rooms. Would recommend :)!

This is the spot to come when you have to be near the airport and want a clean toilet, hot, strong shower and fresh sheets. The team here is so friendly, helpful and conscientious. I discovered i had left my cellphone in my room while on the airport shuttle and they cheerfully said no problem and took a u-turn. Quite literally less than 10minutes drive. They also impressed me with their maintenance. The toilet was in shipshape and they were busy vacuuming the mini-van just before sending us to the airport. Again, this is not a luxury hotel: no swimming pool, no amenities, but for the price per night, with so much space, and with such great owners, it is such a satisfying place to stay.

The room is clean, big, and comfy.
The shower is great: water pressure, size, clean.
Free airport shuttle every 30 min makes everything super easy.
The staff is nice and friendly.

Excellent value for money. Lovely clean quiet hotel. The hotel owners were very helpful and accommodated all our requests. The pickup and drop off service to the airport, which is included in the price, is outstanding. There are numerous eateries within walking distance including a cafe/restaurant directly opposite. We highly recommend this hotel near the Phuket airport.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are very modern, spacious and clean.Staff very friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight back to the U.K. and were dropped off at the airport in the morning. 5 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

Amazing place near the airport. You can park your car there and get drop off and pick up service.

We had a wait of about 7 hours in Phuket before our 10pm flight and booked a room for the afternoon at David Residence. Great price for a comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet room. It had a little balcony and it was quite fun while the sun set to sit with a beer & snacks to watch the planes taking off. The airport transfer runs every half hour and is quick and smooth. Lovely staff, helpful & pleasant. David Residence has an onsite restaurant with a decent menu, there is a 7-11 a few minutes walk away plus a great little cafe serving home cooked Thai food a little further around the corner (the 168house cafe'@phuket). So relaxing to be able to chill out, have a shower and then go to the airport without any fuss, right on time to check in and do the bag drop.

Just needed a room to relax and shower before an evening flight. Nice cafe on site for food and drinks. Free ride to the airport was a bonus. Would stay again anytime.
