วัดสถาพรพัฒนาราม หรือวัดเจดีย์แก้ว (วัดบนเขา) ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 72 หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลหนองชิ่ม อำเภอแหลมสิงห์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุต ประวัติความเป็นมาของวัดสถาพรพัฒนารามหรือวัดเจดีย์แก้ว (วัดบนเขา) เริ่มเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2494 อุบาสก อุบาสิการวมตัวกันมากขึ้นเกิดความคิดที่จะสร้างวัด จึงได้นิมนต์พระอาจารย์วิริยังค์ (เจ้าอาวาสวัดธรรมมงคล) มายังตำบลหนองชิ่ม เพื่อมาดูสถานที่ตั้งสำนักสงฆ์ ตกลงใจเลือกเอาที่บนเขา เพราะเห็นว่าอากาศดี เวลากลางคืนเงียบสงัดปราศจากผู้คนพลุกพล่าน เหมาะสำหรับเป็นที่ฝึกปฏิบัติธรรม บำเพ็ญจิตใจ
