My daughter and I had a great experience here and will be back! The facilities were very clean and the staff so nice and professional!

We had the 1 hour foot massage - included warm/cool towels oils, pressure points, thumping and massaging.

The chairs - which fully recline - were very comfortable. We enjoyed the very quiet relaxation and the warm tea when we were finished.

I have visited Chiang Mai 3 times, and every time I book a massage at Peak Spa. Since my last visit in 2019 they have decreased in size (probably a result of the pandemic challenges), but the rooms and service remain exceptional. Although the spa is a 10 min walk or 3 minutes tuktuk ride from old Chiang Mai town (next to the Shangri la hotel), it is worth the minor effort. I have tried other cheaper places but it was false economy, as you share the room with other people and masseuses were not as good as the therapists in this spa. The therapists at this spa are very polite, professional as you can feel they know what they are doing. My husband and I tend to have massages together and have tried a variety, all very good. Iconsider a 90 minutes massage of this standard for 800 bht (£20) a bargain. Love the traditional Thai massage and the oil one. You are also treated with tea before and after the treatment. Can't wait to return . Thank you girls.

I did a Thai massage there. Very professional and prices were reasonable given the quality of the service. The music was relaxing and the staff took great care of my friend and I. We were given clothes for the massage and they kept asking if it was too hard (which was not), and whether we would like it to be harder. The place is very well arranged and lit correctly, so that it was perfectly relaxing. We were given hot tea at the end, which was highly appreciated ! A great experience overall.

Very clean spa. I went with my husband and my son and we all had a wonderful massage. Not sure why it only has 4.2 stars. Ying adjusted her pressure to my liking and wanted to make sure I was good with her technique

I can’t say enough good things about this spa.
My boyfriend and I had been walking around all afternoon. After dinner we were super tired and looking for a way to wind down. It was late so I called ahead of time to see if they might be able to accommodate two guests for a foot massage. The woman gladly accepted us without hesitation, despite it being around 7:30pm.

When we arrived we were given indoor slippers and bottled water. Then we were taken into a room with two big, fluffy reclining chairs that we sank into. We agreed that this had been the best foot massage either of us ever had. Each masseuse was friendly, attentive and careful to ask about pressure or sore spots.

After the session we came back out into the lobby area, which was equally as relaxing a place as the massage room. The concierge gave us two cups of hot tea drink before sending us on our way.

The experience was great from start to finish: incredible customer service, pleasant ambiance and effective massages!

If you like deep tissue massage you owe it to yourself to go to Peak Spa! I like torture and they can turn it up on request. My wife likes the opposite and wed are both always satiated when we leave Peak Spa is very professional and clean.

Our experience at Peak Spa was amazing. We did initially have some difficulty finding the place, but that is primarily due to our lack of research in advance determining the location before we walked from our hotel. Once we arrived, we found a very warm atmosphere. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Both my wife and I received massages at the same time. They did it in the same room as a couples massage. The decor in the massage room was amazing. The quality of the massage was unsurpassed. The cost for a 90 minute massage for both of us was approximately one hundred US dollars.

EXCELLENT massage! Such a clean and welcoming space. We loved the staff and the massage was incredible we would have gone back everyday if we had more time in Chiang Mai! HIGHLY reccommend!

Awesome experience, wonderful staff, and best massage we received in Thailand. They picked us up from the hotel and took us to the airport after our 3 hour treatment which included hair wash and styling:) I highly recommend Peak Spa if you are in need of some pampering and sore muscle treatment after all the traveling and adventures in Chiang Mai!! I scheduled a session at the Peak Spa and Beauty Salon. A fantastic massage I had. P'Pea preformed a fabulous massage. For a small girl, she was strong. Even though I need strong, the session was very relaxing. P'Pea was quite and stayed in rhythm with my breathing. One of the best I experienced. Definitely will be back.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful in addition to their skill in their work. I took my daughter with me when I went there and they helped in taking care of her while I’m doing the service.
In terms of the quality of the place and the service I would give them 5 out 5.
The spa itself was very clean and maintained. Their price is a bit higher than the average shop in Chiang Mai but it’s a small compensation for the product they are providing.
If I come back to the city , I would go back again

The best spa I visited while I was here. Also the best massage I had in all of Thailand. Will definitely come again. The staff speaks English and are very helpful and kind. Also gave us a free pick up and drop off. That was handy since of drop off was the airport, and it was still free.

Absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous about getting a traditional Thia massage because I wasn't sure if I could take the stretching but I was so happy I did it. My therapist was very skilled and very gentle with me. I would absolutely recommend coming here.
