My Bar

Cool, hip rock bar that attracts all kinds of people and usually has live bands playing. Prices are typical, cocktails for 160 baht and up, beers around 80 baht and up. The vibe is fun and welcoming. We stopped in for one drink and enjoyed our time. It’s usually pretty busy but the staff is very on top of the service. We recommend it for a fun, inexpensive time in Chiang Mai.

Very cool vibe & awesome rock music! The owner gives you a pen to scribble on the walls! Laid back, cheap, highly recommend!

The staff, Bamboo & Mi (if I’m spelling his name right), were very nice and welcoming! The bar is a two-story establishment that has a very easy going aura. We were walking past the establishment and it stood out from the other buildings with artistic decorations and American rock music. We walked in and spent some time with the owners (the shop wasn’t open yet) as it was still early in the afternoon. We went back again that evening and they kindly offered rambutan and BBQ. 5/5, would go again if I’m back in Chiang Mai. It was great spending time with locals who shared very interesting backstories. Sign your name on the wall to leave your mark at My Bar!

We had a wonderful evening at this place where a band of two guitarists and a drummer performed country and blues music, followed by a rock singer. The drinks are good at reasonable prices

Walking by, My was sitting by the lane in the front of My Bar. Music alike Red Hot Chilly Peppers playing. I ask, Do you own this bar? He says, Yes....
we've been in Chiang Mai 6 days and, FIANLLY, we find this bar!

Grungy blues bar. Smooth sounds, good customers all there for the music. Beer selection is better than average. Found BeerLao Dark Lager there. Yum.

Great little boozer, cool staff, great vibe, playing Rock & Metal. Sweet grungy decor, live music or open mike most nights.

If it gets too loud inside, relax: there are sofas at the other side of the street where you can enjoy the show at a distance (I am not joking).

I was in another bar shooting pool and this guy saved me and become close,now i have another home and his bar amazing.My name signed with many others here.Many many names come threw here,and each one has so much history.You will see me here every night,555.FAMILY

Very cool bar. There was a great band on when we went on a Thursday, the alcohol to mixer ratio was incredibly generous and we got quite a few free shots. Staff were all very friendly too.

Very cool place!! The owner is awesome and very friendly. The atmosphere is filled with good vibes for both foreigners and locals. You are also encouraged to write something on the walls as a souvenir. Highly recommended!

Great place, everyone is welcome from the first moment they look at the bar. Best place in Chiang Mai to hang out, have a nice drink and meet new people. Going to miss it! :( For sure I will be back if I ever visit the city again.

Cool bar, nice staff and reasonable drinks prices.

Playing a mix of classic rock and Indy music it's nice to chill with bands playing.

It can sometimes get loud but they have chairs across the lane so you can sit further away and enjoy the show without feeling the beat rattle your ear drum which is quite nice.

Cocktails are 160 baht but really strong and beers start about 100 baht.

My only gripe is they don't do any large bottles.

Very friendly environment. With happy people who are happy to see you. I have been a few times now and every time we pull up we are greeted with such love. Great music, great vibe, and strong drinks!! This is most definitely My Bar

Great Casual bar in old town Chiang Mia. Perfect atmosphere if you want to hang out for a bit. Inexpensive Strong drinks are definitely the case here if that is something you’re looking for. Highly recommend! We will be back.
