In-Come Gym

All in all, this is relatively small but the equipments are clean.
One time visit costs 100 THB, worth visiting. You will get one small towel to use.
Interesting, Inncome is actually has hostel too, right next to this building. Check it out if you want to stay and look for gym that close with each other, this is for you brother!!!
They have three floors that are used for exercise, each level has toilet as you can see from the picture I shared:).
Unfortunately, the locker is not working well, though many are available, mostly are easily to be unlocked by only light pull. For security reasons, just bring your belongings everywhere you go. Lol.

A good gym that is aimed at weight lifting with many machines, free weights upto 40kg, treadmills, cables, and a studio area. The rooms are air conditioned but the cardio area is unfortunately the hottest area but still manageable. 100 baht day pass which includes a towel and free water refill. Never too busy when I’ve been and would go again.

Went here a couple times on my stay. 3 level gym has all the equipment/machines you need. All clean and newish. Dumbbells only go up to 40kg. Price 100 baht and never too busy.

Nice little gym and I was the only one there. Good equipment but it's small so they are lacking certain things like bench press and power rack so might not be great for serious lifters. They're making some improvements now, so it might be better soon. But the equipment they do have is pretty good. And the receptionist was very helpful.

Yes all I want out of a gym. It's very easy to get strong here. For just 100 THB, get your muscles here.

3 floors. Sufficient to do most of weight training. towel and water provided. nice chap at the front desk. and the local Thai pop music they play is a lift on the experience.

3 floor gym with A/C, have all machines you need, have a powerrack, maybe not optimal for super heavy deadlifts or if you're one of those that like to do crossfit... Then go to a crossfit gym, worth a visit, 100THB for a day, nothing to complain about.

Having walked to another gym nearby I came across this hidden gym located within a hostel. It is a small gym but it was not busy. Enough for me to enjoy a quiet and quick session. It cost 80 baht to use it and for a month 1000 baht.

I cannot thank enough Ning for her professionnalism and her help through my stay. I got a scooter accident and I had to stay for a while to stay quiet.
The hotel itself is very well located, price is unbeatable, the wifi is perfect to work.
Thanks as well both of the owners that have always been nice and welcoming with me.

I guess it’s new thus not so many comments here. It’s a small gym but it is very very clean (including the toilet) and cozy gym with air conditioner.

New equipment, clean place, low price, and A/C! Great place

Fantastic little gym. Had it to ourselves and could put our music on the speakers, aircon, fan, very cheap (80baht).
