Para hacer trámites bancarios es rápido, sin grandes esperas. Puedes cambiar dinero con tu tarjeta de crédito o cambiar dolares o euros en este banco. Personal amable y educado que habla inglés fluido y entendible. El banco es bastante amplio y no suele haber tantas personas esperando en el lugar para realizar trámites bancarios

Two of my cards weren't returned by ATMs in town three times in a week and a half. They said they would fix it after the first time but it kept happening. I didn't get my password wrong.
The staff at this branch were helpful in helping me track down my card but the reluctance to fix faulty machines is very unprofessional
