BPM Pilates Studio

Outstanding Pilates studio. Three different instructors, all very talented and very helpful. I have enjoyed 30 classes so far and no class has been a repeat. Just keeps it fresh as well as helping develop different parts of the body. I just bought 60 more classes that’s how much I value this studio. Very professional. Very good environment. Excellent equipment. Fun instructors. 100% all great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ครูสอนดีมากๆ แก้ไขได้ตรงจุด จากหลังและคอที่เคยเจ็บ จนตอนนี้ดีขึ้นมาก และทำให้เราแข็งแรงขึ้น บุคลิกภาพดีขึ้น จนรักพิลาทิสไปเลยค่ะ

หลังจากพักการออกกำลังกายมานาน เนื่องจากป่วย มาเริ่มต่อคลาสแล้วค่ะ ได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างดี ครูสอนน่ารักทุกคน ใส่ใจทุกรายละเอียด จะตั้งใจเรียนนะคะ ✌💕

ครูสอนดีค่ะ รู้สึกร่างกายแข็งแรงและหุ่นกระชับขึ้นมากๆ เล่นคลาสกลุ่มแต่ครูดูแลทั่วถึง มีเครื่องให้เล่นเยอะสามารถเลือกตามที่ชอบได้ค่ะ แนะนำเลยค่าา

สอนดีเทลละเอียด ถ่ายทอดอธิบายได้ดี เป็นสตูเเรกที่นึกถึงเวลาจะมาเรียนพิลาทิสที่เชียงใหม่ค่ะ

คุณครูสอนดีมาก เคยเจ็บเข่าจนเดินไม่ได้ ตอนนี้หลังจากที่มาออกกำลังกายที่นี่อาการดีขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด

Reformer Pilates class was not designed to reform. I have a couple minor injuries that limit me in my range of movement, which is why i turnt to Pilates. But the class had me trigger every injury, I was able to do very little, and left unaccomplished, same as if I tried to take CrossFit class after C-section and with piriformis syndrome.

Beautiful space though.
