We recently purchased a car from Win168, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff(especially Siri) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. They had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt confident in my decision thanks to their transparent approach. I highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new car. i had recenyly purchased a car from Win168, their services are superb and excellent. tlfrom application, on process and upto after sales. units are gorgeous and very neat, plus the sales and bosses are very kind and approachable. they are very keen and hands on in each and every customer, treating them with very equal. over all 10 of 10 for grade rating!!

The cars are inspected and well maintained. A large selection of cars to see. The staff are friendly and answered all my questions. They moved four cars so we could test drive two cars. I am very happy with the quality of the car and the price. Highly recommended.

I bought a car from Win168 in May 2023.
The staff are amazing, speak very good English and are happy to let you test drive the vehicle.
Prices on the face of it are a little higher than some BUT the level of service and what is included in that price suprised me.
Everything was included, not 1000,s of Baht added t the price for regestration etc.
The car was ready in 2 days and they changed the cam belt although I only requested "how old is it"?
Just took it back 3 months in and Win replaced a pipe which was making an annoying sound in one day and free of charge.
So in sort i give them 5 stars for service with a Thai Smile.

I contacted win168 after seeing an advertisement on one2car. Every interaction we have had with the staff has been excellent and the vehicles condition was perfect. The process took only a couple of days from start to finish so I would highly recommend them.

All of my experiences with Win168 have been wonderful! As a farang, looking to purchase a second hand car in Thailand can be challenging. When visiting other secondhand car shops, there was always something that was off. However, Win168’s excellent customer service from Nong Arm and quality of available cars that are fairly priced made me feel as if I was purchasing a car back in the United States. Most of the cars even have a vehicle inspection report similar to a CarFax in the United States to ensure you are purchasing a safe and quality car. From viewing and test driving different cars, to walking through the purchasing and financing process, as well as customer delivery - I highly recommend Win168 to anyone looking to purchase a secondhand car in Chiang Mai.
