Absolutely stunning work. Amazing artists that craft very intricate pieces of jewelry. Very kind and lovely staff that always make you feel welcome. If I do ever come back to Thailand, I’ll be coming here for sure.

I had such a wonderful experience. I walked in just to look at the gems and knew I couldn’t leave without buying. They were so sweet to help me find what I wanted and I am so happy I came here! You must come here when you visit Chang Mai!!! I worked with Toy and Suparb and they were so wonderful!! Left Thailand with a souvenir I will never forget!!

The staff was super informative, helpful, and spoke English. We learned about their ring creation process and the different types of stones they had in Thailand in their first showroom. Their main showroom has all of their beautiful rings, necklaces, etc. Prices vary depending on what you're looking for. In the showroom, the employees were very patient, showed us several ring options, and helped my sister and I resize our rings in a timely manner.

This place was fantastic. They greet you so kindly and introduce you to their jewelry making process. We purchased a few items to bring back to our families. Pricing-wise it was all fairly priced.
Fanta made sure that we were happy with our purchases, and answered all of our questions. She was an amazing sales lady!
Even if you don’t purchase anything this place is a must for seeing their jewelry making process. It’ll be hard to leave without purchasing though as all their jewelry is beautiful!
I highly recommend checking this place out while you’re in Chiangmai. A one-of-a-kind experience!

The employees were so kind and so helpful! My friend and I were drooling over all the gems and jewelry, and they were so patient with us, and were able to resize and gold plate the jewelry I liked free of charge. Highly recommend!

Polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They gave us a free tour of how jewelry is made here and found pieces in our budget. They even cleaned my ring for me while we waited. There is something for everyone’s budget here, so don’t be afraid of asking. Thank you for the pearls, they’re beautiful!

Our taxi driver took us here and Nang was our sales assistant and she showed us everything we wanted, was very helpful and not pushy on anything we didn’t want to buy. I’d definitely recommend if you get the chance to go! They have great silver, white gold, and diamond and everything you could think for jewellery! 😊

The Gems Gallery has amazing varieties on gold and silver on all precious and semi precious gems . The salesperson Vicky is very knowledgeable , kind and very patient in making me understand the cuts and grading of ruby . A must visit store

I'd like to thank Mr Manop Thongmanee from the Gems Gallery Chiang Mai. I bought a ring in January and soon after returning home to Australia the ring needed repair. I contacted the gallery and they fixed it and sent it back to me with no problems at all.
