The Motifs Eco Hotel

A modern and nicely designed hotel. The 'eco' touch brings nature into the hotel with a lot of plants, open spaces and wind flowing through.
The rooms are simple but nice, with very comfortable beds. Great WiFi of up to 250mbps.
The ventilation in the rooms might not be the best, but with AC on dry it will be pretty good.
Breakfast consist of quite basic stuff like toast, muffins and yoghurt. However, you can also choose one dish of choice in advance. I chose the wonton soup which was really amazing.

Everyone was so friendly and guided with kindness, breakfast here has a lot of selection even tho you have to order in advance but also has a small continental bar ready to be served while you wait for your selected dish

Decoration truly made us feeling connected with nature, following eco hotel’s design and ‘breath in nature’ concept. Every part of hotel was insanely instagrammable. Overall facilities were well maintained and cared for.

Located within 5-10 min walking distance to many local markets, Chantaboon waterfront community, Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Robinson, etc.

Hotel was fully internationalized, so foreigners are welcome!

Staffs were attentive, helpful and friendly.
There was also a butterfly pea welcome drink for refreshment.

You should take benefit of Buy 1 Get 1 drink during 14:00-16:00. Mapeed smoothies and Mapeed soda are really a MUST TRY.

Main course was a la cart which either Asean or Western breakfast can be chosen (One order per person, but if you’d like more only Boiled rice Chantaboon style will be served). Buffet selections were not much, but rich with quality reminding of homemade cooking taste. We loved free flow Mapeed drink.

Recommend to stay here and immerse yourself in nature and decent local food.

This is a beautifully designed hotel. Beds are soft enough, pillows too.
Even the children's bed was great.

All looks great, modern and well kept. Breakfast has Western and Thai choices and service is good.

Walking distance to gems market and night market

The “hardware” is first class: from the American Standard bathroom sink to the solid wood chairs in the restaurant — all suggesting quality and durability. So is the “firmware”: the architecture, the style of design and the idea of ecology, all abundantly captured by the photos taken by others. Most impressive is the “software”: the operating procedure and the will towards higher degree of perfection. (I was given a room with no mini fridge, while I brought in four bottles of freshly squeezed orange juice from the Namphu Market. Hoping not to be an “ugly tourist”, I made no complaint though my silent displeasure was perhaps evident. Half hour later, after having taken a shower and done laundry, FIVE people showed up at my door. The manager/owner announced a change of room assignment; the front desk lady brought keys. Caught off guard, I hustled in picking up my spread out stuff — and this was when the three household staff came in: they picked up everything including the yet to be dried laundry; then went back to clean up the mess I had made. If someone had told me this happening in a London 5-star hotel, I would believe it. Yet this happened to me in The Motifs in Chanthaburi !!)

Excellent customer service. K.Dao and her team were friendly, professional, and helpful. All requests were met promptly. The Motifs Eco Hotel is an eco living hotel where life meets work seamlessly. We spent one full day working from the hotel. The co-working space area is a well-lit, quiet space with high speed internet. It felt like an actual co-working space in Bangkok. Highly recommended. Perfect for entrepreneurs and digital nomads. If you’re planning to stay here, don’t forget to try the slow bar. Will definitely book again!

Very nice atmospheric place. We stayed in a 2 beds with additional bed. The room was tidy and clean. The only problem was the car parking was a little bit full. If got to the hotel late, need to park outside.

Everything was more than we expected for the bookings we made. Staff's forthcoming was excellent, Breakfast Buffet is great and environmental concerned. We have been happy with these small eco friendly hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful and boutique. All decorations are made with an eco-friendly concept. We really like this hotel and recommend you to stay here :)
