We had a wonderful stay. The room is cosy and clean. The hotel is secluded in the jungle just at foot of the mountain. Breakfast is tasty with fruits and vegetables from the own garden although quite the same every day with little options. Owners are very kind people can give you many tips about local attractions or show you the stars with their night vision telescope.

Look no further than Chiang Dao Villa De View for the ultimate stay! After trying two other hotels, I found that Villa De View has everything I needed and more. Enjoy a breathtaking mountain view, walk to the cave temples, savor delicious food and drinks at the cafe, and experience exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to assist with my laundry, prepare a cozy room, and provide a supremely comfortable bed with high-quality pillows and towels. And don't miss the incredible breakfast, expertly prepared with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and generous, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. They even offered to take me to the bus stop and picked me up from my original hotel, as well as helped me rent a motorbike. It's a 'yes' to every request, making you feel like everything is possible. The warmth and hospitality at Villa De View are truly exceptional, making it a truly special place to stay. You will feel at home and that everything is possible. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

A beautiful little place to stay in Chiang Dao. Owner is lovely. Breakfast is simple but it's really nice to sit there with a view of the mountain. They grow all their own fruit and veg too.

Amazing and cosy place to stay if you're looking to explore chiang dao area. Stayed for 3 nights and was pampered by the views, lovely owner and staff (and dogs / occasion cat). The owner was friendly and suggested places for us to visit and even gave us a lift to the drop-off points. He also arranged a local guide for us for one of the days who was very knowledgeable about the local villages and the edible plants on the trek. Also want to point out that add-on dinner package we had for 2 pax was amazing, we ate the same dishes for 3 days without fail as it was just so good. Highly recommend this place!!

Lovely vibes here, stars could be seen at night from a wide space. The food and desserts are homemade. I had a nice time here. Recommended!

Sometimes everything comes together. Atmosphere, location, service, and loving care. The people that run the Villa arer absolute gems. Owners, and staff alike. They don’t seem to run a resort, but to take care of something they love. And what a wonderful job they do! This is by far one of the best places to be in northern Thailand. I cannot recommend it enough.

Just take a shot stopped point for cafe hopping. Carrot cake is quite delicious. The temperature is quite good during raining season.

We were recommended by family to this enchanting and dreamy resort. We booked the last 3 villas for Christmas. The villas were like a charming and cozy cottage. Two villas had an outdoor tub and another had a scenic panoramic view of the mountains. This whole resort is surrounded by mountains and greenery. The owner and manager is very passionate and has his own organic farm within the resort. They are a farm to table establishment. Everything served, down to the rice, is grown on site. Service is the best part of all. Every single staff is caring and kind especially the manager. Thank you for the memorable Christmas stay. We enjoyed everything and couldn’t have found a better place. For sure, we will be back. Highly recommend everyone!!

Stayed here for 3 nights in the rainy season in this tranquil escape hosted by kind owners who were always ready to lend a helping hand. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Dao. The beauty of it is indescribable.

Beautiful, natural surroundings and great view of the mountains. We were very well looked after by the lovely owners and their team. Breakfast features produce grown on the property based on seasonal availability, with no pesticides. It's so kind of them to share their homegrown treasures with guests!

We didn't stay but the setting is fantastic with Chiang dao mountain in the backdrop, and beautiful green all around. They grow grapes and many other fruits in the property. The cafe is really relaxing thanks to the beautiful scenery, and the fare, very tasty. We had Thai tea, scones, mulberry cheese cake and blue pea tea. Overall, worth visiting. Highly recommended.

We had a happy time for 3 days. I was impressed by the kindness of the owner and staff, and the entire atmosphere of Villa De View is the best. The breakfast in the morning is also very delicious.

Staff is listening and provide info for your stay! We were enjoying the stay and will come back for sure! Snacks are good! Breakfast in such relax place is relax!

Honestly? I want to keep this place as my own secret place so that only I can enjoy staying there, but I can not help but share this with the world. The view is so great surrounded by greens and flowers with lots of birds flying over and chirping. Very peaceful indeed.

Breathtaking hotel hidden among the mountains. The owner is incredibly friendly, and genuinely interested in his guests having the best possible experience. Everything from the rooms, comfort of the beds, overall design and architecture, to the breakfast and incredible views surrounding the hotel we're top notch. I don't think we could stay anywhere else if we we're to come back to this region again. To add to all this, it has been some of the best hospitality we've encountered in Thailand !

A modern looking and cozy hotel situated in the foothills of Chiang Dao mountain. Excellent location and short walking distance from Chiang Dao cave and nearby temples.
Loved the breakfast and the Basil chicken rice for dinner.
The manager, Nok went the extra mile to make our experience as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come back again when Visiting Chiang Dao.

Beautiful scenery and all food is organic. Most of the vegetables come from their own garden. The owners are very friendly too.

Nice hotel!! Feel like staying home. The resort owner is very friendly and the nature view is brilliant. Breakfast is very good with most of organic products grew by the owner. Have to come once in your life!!

The best experience that I ever had, the host is very nice and kind, they have lots of plants and trees in the property, the fruit are fresh in the morning breakfast picking from the garden, and the room is clean and comfortable, I slept so well and I’m very resourceful.
