Great place to stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, felt like part of the family. Very relaxed and low key resort perfect for a stay in Chiang dao. Would definitely stay there again.

A very relaxing place to stay in Chiang Dao. The location is close to the main road, but secluded and quiet. The pool is cleaned every morning. The rooms are comfortable, each with their own large front porch. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful!

Every room has a nice balcony with view on the quiet garden. 800 THB a night in December 2023

We did the Mae Hong Son loop and Chiang Dao was our first stop after Chiang Mai. We can say that this was by far the best place on our tour. Very nice bungalows, a functioning (!) and clean little pool, very nice garden and super friendly owner. Everything perfect here with a low price.

Really lovely spot. Didn’t eat there during our stay so can’t say anything about that. Wifi was good enough for a video work call. The couple who run the spot are so sweet. Went as a couple & spent most of our time out, but there were also families with young kids & other people who seemed to stay more during the day. Overall, a wonderful environment. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous resort in the lap of Chiang Dao resort. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and helped us in many things.

The rooms are great, clean and has all the facilities that one needs during their stay. warm water, clean bedsheets, mosquito coil etc. We loved our stay and played with owners dog named emma 😁😍 I will recommend this place to my friends for hospitality.

Beautiful grounds and friendly/helpful owner and staff. They were very accommodating and eager to please. The room was very comfortable. There are nice seating options on the balcony/porch of each cabin, and a few hammocks hung around the grounds. From certain places on the grounds you can also see the big mountain to the west or a line of interesting mountains to the east. The one down side to this place is that the trees which make the grounds so beautiful and pleasant also obstruct mountain views from much of the grounds. But you can still.find the places on the grounds with the views. :) This place is an affordble and comfortable option that is easy to find and accessible. A nice, easy 1-night excursion from Chiang Mai or other northern towns. Thailand residents, come stay at this jewel while the tourists are away! I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wife and I only stayed here a few hours out of the two days we booked because she became very ill with food poisoning, but the resort was very nice and charming. I'm giving this place an amazing review because Ked was absolutely legendary and deserves to be recognized. I took my wife to the Chaing Dao Hospital ER. About an hour later Ked came to the hospital and found us. She helped us communicate more effectively to the staff. My wife was admitted to the hospital and Ked helped with paperwork and even got me a cot with blankets and a pillow to sleep on next to my wife's hospital bed! She was incredibly kind to us. She stayed with us and continued to help us up unto the point where my wife was finally settled in. She went so far out of her way to come help us. I've never met a more selfless person and I cannot thank her enough. Thank you again Ked, you are an amazing person.

We loved our time at Huan Chiang Dao resort, and could not recommend it more. We needed a holiday from our travels and this was the perfect place for it. The resort itself is beautiful, and surrounded by nature. The bungalows were so confortable and clean, we loved having a terrace to relax. The food was delicious, and the service provided by the employees and owners was great. We were really happy with the recommendations Joachim and Ked gave us for our visits around Chiang Dao, they are really knowledgable about the region. Thank you for the peaceful and welcoming stay!

Beautiful quiet little place off of the main road to Chiang Dao.

Only 10 or so cabins on the ground so pretty secluded and private.

Close enough though to just jump in a taxi to the town (which is small) and do some shopping or eating.

Great food on offer here by the owners (I believe) both Thai and German food on offer.

The Huan Chiang Dao Resort is our favourite place in Chiang Dao.
The always clean bungalows are in a big garden with big trees and a small pool.
The restaurant with the terrace at the big fish pond offers great food for reasonable prices.
Owners and staff are the most friendly and helpful. Great place!

Friendly, extensive gardens with pool, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. All of Chiang Dao is pricey, this resort is average for the town, but provides an above average service.

An amazingly welcoming place with a wonderful staff who have been very helpful solving a problem we had on our bikes.

The owners love Chiang Dao and it comes across in there service. One of the most beautiful places to stay on the planet
