Breath taking and a must see. The Temple spans on multiple levels of the mountain overlooking the valley.
This is definitely worth a stop. Don’t forget to donate. They have a free kitchen for those in need and feed the needy. Good people building credit...jump in and do the same.

This temple is quite the place to visit. The chedi with a circular ramp to the top, and other levels along the road

Impressive combination of temples and statues on a mountain with many impressive views over the area. Visit around sunset when the light over the valley is stunning.

Must visit if you are in Chiang Mai. Breathe taking view with awesome collection of history of the temples. A visit to the temple is like watching few days of documentaries

Wat distributed over nine levels; rather long walk to the standing Buddha, mostly uphill on paved road, so it is possible to drive. Must see in Tha Ton, but not worth planning a trip to Tha Ton for.

You better have a motorbike to go there since it is a long way up. The view is incredible, especially for sunset. The temple has a lot of different type of Buddha, like a smal art museum.

A large and interesting temple right beside the Kok River. There are nine levels with the newest large chedi at the top. Inside the chedi are many nic images and other things and a spiral ramp which goes to many levels within the chedi and at the top is a special shrine room. There are great views from the upper levels across the river and ThaTon down the valley.

One of the famous temples in Thailand.
There's many stuccos and wonderful architectures of Thai and Chinese about Buddhism and Bhrama in this temple. Must come!

A must visit Holy Temple when you are in Tha Ton. Pray and pay respect to the Chedi and the statutes of King Naresuan and King Taksin.
