Thank You Chiang Mai House

This is THE place to stay if you are in Chiang Mai. PC is the owner/manager and is the absolute best host. She will go out of her way to make your stay as amazing as possible. For example, she bought my wife and I pad Thai dinner (free of charge) after we checked in. PC also drove my wife to a massage class, without asking for anything in return. PC alone makes Thank You Chiang Mai House worth the stay.

We had a double room with air conditioning and private bathroom (located just outside the bedroom), which cost 450 baht/night.

We had all of our breakfasts (not included, but only 60 baht each) at the guesthouse. PC cooked everything from scratch and included coffee (freshly ground and STRONG) or tea with the meal.

The location is excellent, as it is steps away from Wat Chiang Man, and less
than a 10 minute walk from the Sunday Market.

Staying here felt like I was visiting an aunt or close family friend, as PC made us feel right at home. Thank You Chiang Mai House was one of the best places we've stayed in all of SE Asia. Highly recommended.

Best guesthouse we stayed in Thailand. Excellent price, beautiful room and breakfast. And the best staff, the owner PC was really helpful, she cooked for us excellent Thai food and drove us to the airport

Best guesthouse ever, 300THB for a double room, breakfast and filtered water refills included, and the bed has a top sheet, very clean, also the owner is a very helpful lady feel free to ask her anything. On top of it she offered is a cab ride for free to the bus station. 10/10

PC is a nice women. She ´ s avaible she book your best tour... go on her guesthouse

Cozy and close to center, and The northern Gate where you can find cool jazz bar and a night market...

Die Besitzerin des Hostels ist unglaublich nett das frühstück hervorragend es gibt immer drei Gerichte zur auswahl. Sie kümmert sich zudem um alle Anliegen sie buchte für uns eine Elefanten tour mit Rabatt, unsere Zug tickets für die Abreise gleich mit dazu, keine abzocke kein Aufschlag. Die zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Wenn ich wieder in chiang mai bin komme ich wieder hier her!

Pc est une personne très accueillante qui vous aidera dans vos visites et qui même vous emmènera comme nous au marché de nuit ! Je vous recommande cette guest house si vous souhaitez dormir chez l'habitant

Increíble lugar, ubicado en el centro de historico de chiang mai y cerca de todas las zonas turísticas, habitaciones grandes y cómodas y lo mejor, su personal. Montha y Pici desde el primer momento nos trataron como familia, nos ayudaron en todo y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias a ellas la experiencia en Chiang Mai fue si cabe mejor. Incredible guesthouse, located in the historical city of chiang mai near the principal tourist attractions, big and confortable rooms, and over all the incredible staff. Montha and Pici take care of us since the first moment as if we were family and makes us feel as at home, that makes our experience in chiang mai even better. Thank you very much!!

Snídaně v ceně, ovoce s müsli a jogurtem je obrovský a mňam, banánový pancake wow! Klidné prostředí do 5 minut pěšky od centra. Prostě bomba. Jestli Chiang Mai tak jedině tady! Cestujeme už 3 měsíce a proto mohu srovnávat...
