ZEN Rooms Soi Chom Chan

Horrible experience. Shady operation setup running a hotel out of an appartment building under a different name should be the first red flag. First off they can't find our booking and check in time was 1 hour later then advertised. No safe in room which was one of the main reasons we picked this place(also advertised on their website) . Room was absolutely gross even by Thailand standards (we've stayed in was cheaper hotels MUCH better then this) walked into our room and did our standard check. Bed bugs, ants, spiders everywhere webs in all corners of the room. Washrooms looks like it hasn't been cleaned since their apparent hackjob renovations. Walked in and straight out after 5 minutes. Reported to the front desk and asked for full refund, which the ''manager'' refused. Highly recommended to steer clear of this place.

This place is absolutely horrible. The rooms was so dirty and disgusting. The check in time was an hour later than indicated. There was no safe in the room, even though the booking said there was one. The wifi was broken and not working at all. The patio door was broken and bugs were getting inside the room. The bathroom was so horrible, dirty and dark. The shelf in the bathroom was broken. The entire room and bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The curtain rod was almost falling out of the wall. We left immediately and have been trying to get a refund for the last five days and so far have only been offered a 20% discount for our next stay with ZEN rooms.....let me tell you there will defiantly never be a next time with ZEN rooms. Totally unacceptable room and service. Very disappointing.
